Location very good excellent sea views very close to beach and close to amenities.

Not much to criticise, a little basic but excellent value for the money.

The building the apartment is in is a bit dated.

Location is absolutely perfect. a few mins walk from the beach, turn right and take a long beach walk to the lighthouse, or turn left and take a long beach walk to the secret beach. Just perfect! The town is 10 mins walk too and had just enough for what we wanted with plenty of restaurants open even in February.

We went off season (Feb 2022), and this appears to be the time that owners in the tower block get all their renovations done before the summer season. We had someone 2 doors away constantly using an industrial sized pneumatic drill from 9am to 6pm each day. It was so bad it was making us ill, but as soon as I let the hosts know, they changed us to the block opposite. When they do these really noisy renovations they must warm people on a notice board on the ground floor of he block, stating the from and to date of the work. There were actually 3 different apartments being renovated in the first block we were in, and another 2 in the other block they moved us too. So, to cut a long story short, if you're booking off season ask the host if there are any renovations going on near your apartment before you book, or cancel if they do as it was really bad. Other than that though, location was perfect for what we wanted.

Wonderful sea view, so far the best one we experienced in similar places. Good value for the money. Staff was very nice and helpful with all needed information.

For us, a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4 years old), the space was a bit tight, small, no space left to move once we opened the couch. I think the studio is perfect for a couple, but not more than that :-)

We had an amazing stay in the apartment. Highly recommended! :-)

Great ocean views from the 9th floor, large balcony, very clean apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Great location, quiet, close to the beach. Free parking. Definitely, we will come back here if we have the opportunity.

We loved the view: straight out to sea from 9 floors up. It's the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning. The location is great; a couple of minutes from the beach, and a 5-10 minute stroll to the restaurant quarter of Alvor. Our hostess managed the whole thing remotely via WhatsApp, which with Covid etc. makes sense.

The block the apartment is in (G Tower) was pretty empty when we were there and was not super-smart. But it does the job.

Modern decor, very comfortable furniture indoor and outdoor. Home away from home.
