Pub that was really close.
When I did reservation on booking.com i chose 1 twin room and 1 double . When we arrived both rooms were double and reception didn’t have information regarding the booking and the rooms .

The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious, we upgraded so we could have a bath. Very central location with parking near by. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here as it is near family and I am sure we will be back again! 🙂

Lovely room on the top floor . Spacious and very nicely decorated . Checking in was quick and easy.
The room faced on to a main road traffic noise from early morning ...wear plugs or ask for a room on the back

Very good value for money and the opportunity to have breakfast before we went out for the day was great.
My partner used to live in Bedford and wanted to show me around / meet up with mates etc.
No complaints.

The position of the hotel was good for access to the town centre.
Hotel room was poor value for the money.
Wanted a room for 2 able bodied people and was given a room for a disabled person. Bathroom was very poor (Disabled persons Wetroom) the water after a shower remained on the floor because of the uneven floor. The hand basin was for someone in wheelchair, not high enough for a normal person. Disability aids in the shower, around the toilet were a nuisance for able bodied people.
Putting it bluntly the bathroom was crap.
None of the mirrors in the room or bathroom has lights above them.
I am very unhappy about the price I had to pay pay for the room. Would not stay here again !
