Loved the room and the fact you could open the front door to the grassed area with seating by the window. Room is spacious with a spacious bathroom. Parking is very convenient.

would love to have been able to visit the restaurant and deck for coffees and platters throughout the day but it was either booked out or closed. the TV remote didnt work and was not fixed after 4 days.

I ate dinner at the restaurant. Unfortunately I ordered the pasta which was over $35, but I ordered a main serve and expected great things following the amazing service staff and environment. The pasta was undercooked, it was cool when served and very small as a main course serving. Just totally a let down with every other positive of the experience. I wouldn't dine there again.

Nice big room and lovely setting

The noise from all the Corellas at sundown and just before sunrise. Being woken up with all the racket at 5.30 in the morning did not make for a restful weekend.

Restaurant wasn’t open , and why do they take a bond of $100 out of our account, for incidentals,they didn’t put the money back into our account for 7 days after we had checked out. Not happy about this , I would of thought that they have your credit card number would be enough for any incidentals.

Unit 8 The front door was badly warped

The estate is beautiful and sprawling - it made us feel very relaxed and peaceful. The motel room is spacious and the mini kitchenette area is well stocked with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery and utensils. The bed is big and comfortable. There is also a private parking spot marked with your unit number right outside your unit. We enjoyed the premium wine tasting session at the Cellar Door (reservation is necessary) during our stay as we got to try many of Serafino's premium wines, and buy the ones we liked. If you're feeling tipsy after the wine tasting session, you can rest in your motel room, or walk along the nearby walking trails (McLaren Vale Heritage walking trail).

The TV is very small, and there are not many channels to choose from. The room should provide more hangers in the wardrobe too.

Room comfortable. Lovely outlook from room verandah across the lawns and gumtrees. Grounds lovely. Close to Shiraz trail.

Heating wasn't very effective. Wouldn't go at beginning of week again i.e. Mon.Tues. Wed as no restaurant facilities
