External maintenance of property not up to a good standard. Internally everything was in good order but the 4th bedroom is located at the back of garage with no easy access to a bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay - a really great location and nice host! Wish it was warmer so we could have used the pool which looked beautiful. We really liked the holiday touches as we stayed Christmas week.

Beautiful home in a great location. The house is perfect for a family- multiple bedrooms, inground pool and wifi. The owner left fresh flowers and fruit. It's a quick drive to the beach. Also, in town there are wetlands to visit and a really nice zoo. The owner also kept in touc h with us and was available at all times. Loved it there.

This is a great spot with a great owner. The house is located just a short drive away (or long walk) to shops and restaurants on Atlantic Ave., tennis, and beach (although we love the quiet privacy of the backyard pool). The house is clean and spacious. We’ve stayed here three times and will return next year as well.

House was perfectly described and great space for larger group. Having the home owner to deal with directly was a bonus, ( not a management company) , Allison was wonderful! The best location , close to the Ave, beach and many other great spots. We rented a golf cart, which is highly recommend to get around! Great 2 week stay! 😎

I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Allison was so very helpful with a few of our small issues and took care of them very promptly. The best part of our stay was the pool outside-perfecto!!!!!

I l enjoyed the property which had a pool so that after we worked remotely we could sit outdoors. BBQ was great. Close to downtown Delray and so many restaurants. Loved the kitchen.

We had unbelievable luck with this last-minute booking during the height of Covid. Allison arranged for the property to be ready with less than one day's notice, and it exceeded all expectations. Lovely decor, very clean, relaxing elegant tropical vibe. Beautiful private pool, bikes and helmet to use, toys, beach gear, plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen well stocked. Bedroom layout offered great privacy for each family member. Excellent location. Allison was amazingly flexible when we needed to extend our stay and even called to make sure we got home ok under difficult travel conditions. Highly recommend and would love to return soon!

Extraordinary host. House had everything we needed. Ultra-clean and variety of quality appliances. Super attention to detail. Very thoughtful host. Everything was perfect and as shown in the pictures. Things in the house look super nice and clean. Plenty of supplies available in case they are needed to clean the dishes, wash the clothes , soap , etc

The house was adorable!

Our vacation was amazing and the property was fantastic. Allison was always a call or text away and had great suggestions for nearby thing to do with my family when the Florida weather was less than perfect. When we arrived and walked in having my spouse say “this is perfect and way better than expected” I knew we were going to have an amazing time. Hope to one day make it back.

We had a great time in Delray! The house was updated with a fun, beachy decor. The pool was nice and the property manager was very responsive to all of our questions!

Allison was exceptionally hospitable. She was easily reached if we had questions and responded promptly. The house is very clean, the amenities are everything you need for a pool day BBQ or a beach day. Ample towels, comfortable and homey atmosphere. Our children LOVED the pool and we definitely plan to return!

Just what a family wants in a beach house! Roomy, attractive, comfortable. We used the pool, cooked out on the grill, and walked the neighborhood. The beach is a short drive away, parking was easy (off season).

We had the opportunity to stay a few nights in Delray Beach. We found Allison's place on VRBO and it totally fit the bill. Exactly as advertised. Great open space and plenty of room. There was just the two of us but this place is well suited to larger groups or families. I would highly recommend this property and Allison to anyone.

This is a charming property and for the most part it was a good experience. Location is great however the bathrooms have not been renovated and they do need some work. Backyard was nice and pool was great something I would also note is that the fourth bedroom is in the garage, with a window unit.

Myself and a group of 8 girls came to stay in Allison's house -- it was clean, had everything promised, the pool was clean and perfect temp -- described just as is and the pictures do a good job presenting. We'd stay there again! Definitely check out her GYM it rocks!

The house is just as nice as it appears on the website. Location is perfect 1 mile from Atlantic Ave and 1.8 miles to the beach. This house is great for a family gathering offering several pleasant seating areas. Would rent again!!

I came there with 6 other adults and we enjoyed this property. It's a quiet neighborhood so you have to mindful of that. The property owner was very helpinful and nice. She answered any questions that I had.

The house was perfect for a sisters trip along with my two teen daughters. We loved the pool. House was clean and comfy. Location was a few minute drive to everything we needed. The beach is beautiful. Allison was super helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

It all starts with Allison and her proactive approach to engaging prospective tenants. But it doesn’t end there. We booked and hoped we’d be able to check in earlier than scheduled. No problem. Allison made that happen for us gladly. She checked in during our visit to make sure everything was going well including making sure we had her cell phone should we need help. The accommodations were perfect for a family of four. The rooms are pleasantly appointed and the main areas are filled with natural light. The backyard with the pool setting was a nice respite for us north easterners! Wonderful location—quick ride to the beach and downtown Delray. We chose this property because we have family in the area. We hosted several family dinners and the house accommodated guests perfectly. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great visit.
