Ruim appartement. Brandschoon. Perfecte locatie tov het centrum. Rustig.

Geen douche. Wel een bad met douchekop.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr genau diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Uns hat alles gefallen, nur das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber darauf hat niemand Einfluss.

Es war ruhig, sauber und ist zentral gelegen. (2-3 km in die City ist für uns noch zentral). Betten waren bequem. Kostenlos parken vor dem Haus.

Küche: - Die Küche war auf den ersten Blick sauber, also die Küchenzeile mit Waschbecken, außer das Eisfach im Kühlschrank, das war eklig. Wir haben allerdings auch nichts gekocht oder gefrühstückt, deshalb können wir nichts über den Rest sagen. - Zewa hat gefehlt. Bad: - Kein Duschvorhang und auch nichts zum hinhängen für die Brause. Man muss sitzen und fürs Haare waschen ist es dann etwas komplizierter. Dadurch wird das halbe Bad nass. - Es hatte zu wenig Klopapier. Aufzug gab es keinen.

Awesome location near the Old Town and Tram. Great bed and comfortable apartment. Friendly host.

No wi-fi is a big disappointment and the apartment is up four flights of stairs….difficult if you have heavy cases. Some tea/ coffee and shampoo/ soap would have been nice.

The apartment is nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed and is spotlessly clean. We appreciated that the owner was happy to bring forward the arrival time and was waiting for us at the property. The flat and the area are peaceful and quiet and the centre is an easy 15 minute walk. There is a REWE supermarket one street away to the East - not mentioned on Google maps.

We were surprised that the defective oven, mentioned in a previous review, had not been repaired and that the owner did not mention it when she handed over the keys.

Collecting the keys was a doddle. I emailed the manager to let her know when we would arrive and she met her outsdie the block. We arrived bang on time but I think she'd already been there about 10 minutes. She showed us round, gave us the key and left. Clean & dry, standard DDR compact flat (i.e. living room is the bedroom; kitchen; bathroom & hall). Very quiet area; very close to tram stop / station and a supermarket. Very quiet area.

Everything was fine, supermarket nearby etc. It's a 15 - 20 minute walk to Zwinger & palace etc which is fine for me but some people might bleet about that.

This is a lovely apartment with lots more space than what one would get in an average hotel room. It was immaculate and comfortable. It is only a 20-min walk to the Altstadt where all the sights are.

The tub was difficult to use as a shower without getting water all around the bathroom. It would have been nice to have Wifi also. Otherwise, the neighborhood was quiet with a grocery store close by.
