Location great for 1 night stay before flight. Clean and comfortable. Rosa was helpful and communicated with us promptly

Just the outside needs a tidy up

Location was very central and walkable to many places. Water pressure was good. Had a mini bar with basic water/beer/soft drinks.

The hotel looks like it's not operating from the outside. Pretty run down. Also there was a big cockroach in my room. Some dogs in the area that bark aggressively and chase you at night.

The location is easily accessible to shops and the market, and the room is quite comfortable

The facilities require improvement. The bathroom water supply is inadequate, and there should be an outdoor deck for relaxation, away from enclosed rooms. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service does not justify the vouchers offered, as it is limited in data plans and frequently disrupted when needed. Furthermore, the reception is not consistently available, and relying on remote support is not an effective way to assist guests. If the receptionist is absent, there should be security on the premises for customers' safety. Lastly, the price should be negotiated to be a bit lower.

Lady running the place was lovely and quick to respond. Great location!

Need more staff to help run the place

We had flight problems and changes, but no trouble at all for the staff. Communication was awesome, and nothing was too hard. I really appreciated the prompt replies, and the kindness. The room was great, enough for a peaceful sleep, nice and clean and a great price. Location is easy to find, close to loads of things and yet not right on a main road. We would definately stay again. We travel between islands and often have late night flights. Some places have very early check out times but Central Motel is accomodating. See you again soon and thank you so much

Raro was a littl cool at night, but thats just the weather that Central Motel of course hads no control over that . Nice that they have air con for the hot weather though.

Location was nice

There was no proper wifi and I reach Sunday and there was no wifi on that day and when the host receive mf and and left from the property and she switched of the wifi same thing happened on Monday. If they cannot provide wifi then they have to inform us.. Such island like this only out side contact is internet This I was dislike
