In no particular order, our highlights we experienced directly (!) on the property included: panoramic views, tiny green frog, harbor seal, deer, raccoons, tons of dog naps and sniffs, beach walks, true and actual silence, telescope view of Jupiter, stargazing galore, taking the boat out for fun, a polar plunge, homemade waffles w/ cream cheese and capers and lox, sleeping bag in the hammock nap, tons of great tunes with the excellent sound system, so. much. sunlight. Incredible incredible property, thank you for sharing.

This house is a great vacation home. It felt comfortable and like home. We had a 2 year old and 5month old and I was comfortable allowing the 2 year old to play without worrying every second about him breaking something. The view is amazing with large windows and a deck. The little beach area is perfect. We missed our ferry and arrived later than anticipated and the host was very accommodating! They were very responsive with questions and concerns I had. If we ever make our way back to Roche Harbor I will be checking the availability of this property.

We had a lovely time and had 3 families with multiple kids and dogs. The house is fully stocked with all the things you need to cook, relax, and enjoy the direct water front access.

I was a little concerned when we arrived at the carpet stains. Only because we have 2 dogs and worried next people would think it was from us The owners have made it so comfortable you are instantly ensconced in feeling at Home. We hope to do this again

This place is beautiful and in a perfect location. It has all the things you will need to relax. You don't need to bring anything as they provide all kitchen items and bath items as well. Clean quiet and peaceful. Our family loved this spot and definitely cant wait to return!

This was a great property for my family to enjoy together. It is very private. You don't see any neighbors near by. It has a great view. Up a hill. View of the water. Beachfront. Enjoyed it very much. The manager was available if we had questions.

The perfect getaway for a family adventure. The home was quite comfortable, light and well equipped.

Great Island location with easy ramp to beach. Kids and dog loved exploring the tree covered property. The kid swing and row boat were an added bonus. House has a ton of games, books and puzzels. I enjoyed running the almost 3 mile loop thru Roche Harbor. This house is the perfect place to stay with a large group and would be even better in the Summer months.

We highly recommend staying at this property! Anne is a wonderful host, she was very communicative at all stages. The house has a gorgeous view of Westcott Bay and its own beachfront. Its nestled among trees, very private and serene. We saw a lot of wildlife and had a great time. The house is also very well stocked with all the essentials. We will be back!

With 8-10 inches of fresh snow, the fantastic view helped pass the time away while we were snowed in. Very private and quiet location to escape. Owners were very accommodating. Will be back!

Wonderful family home. Guest cottage is a bonus for getting some privacy for family members. Beautiful view of the bay, amenities are great. Everything you need is there.

The house is perfect with amazing view. It is very clean and kitchen is well stocked. The beach access and a separated guesthouse is totally a plus! Will book the same house if we come back next time!

This is a beautiful house with a great location. Easy water access in a calm bay, perfect for launching a kayak or using the row boat. Plenty of kitchen space and a large dining room table to make it comfortable to cook and stay in. Beautiful views were everywhere to be found, inside or out. Only a couple of minutes from gin tasting and Roche harbor resort which had a cafe, market, and a couple of restaurants. Would love to stay here again.

What a wonderful home. This is an incredibly well-organized, well-equipped rental home in a perfect location. We are a family of four and traveled with my parents and it was ideal. My parents stayed in the sweet cottage on the property, while we stayed in the main house. The houses have everything one could possibly need in a rental (and Roche Harbor is a ten minute walk if you need something). The views of Westcott Bay are incredible and there is so much wildlife to watch. The beach was a great place to explore. The owners also make a rowboat and some crabpots available, which was super fun. Anne was readily available for questions. My parents said it was one of their most favorite places they have ever been and I have rarely seen them so relaxed. What a wonderful family vacation. Thank you so much!!

This property was everything we were hoping for: A nice house with plenty of room for the family, perched on the edge of a beautiful bay. The neighborhood is quiet, scenic and very safe. The day after check in we had lunch at an oyster farm on the shore, only to realize our house was located right across the bay. There is a small skiff at the house we could have used to row to lunch. The back of the house is in essence one giant picture window overlooking the water. The photos are accurate but don't quite capture the scope of the view. Dog friendly also important for us.

Fabulous property for my family and in laws! Would stay again! Having the beach right there and all the fun amenities included is wonderful! Anne helped us out when my in laws arrived late at night and locked themselves out of the cabin, so kind of her to respond late at night!

This property has it all: incredible views, beach access, privacy, wonderful location and a beautiful home. The kitchen in both the house and the guesthouse were very well supplied with everything you could possibly need. There are abundant games and books in the home and the house had good internet service and internet television. The house was very clean when we arrived. My only problem with giving this vrbo a 5 star rating is that we may have more competition when planning future visits.

We attended a family wedding and extended the stay for a mini vacation. The house was as represented in the photos and was a great place for us to get together. The view from the house overlooking the water was spectacular. I was very close to Roche Harbor, I only wish we had more time to enjoy it all. We all enjoyed the property and definitely would go back again.
