This property is very nice. We have stayed in multiple Azure condo and this one ranks at the top. Why? The new couches are great. I LOVE that they are not fabric. We had an excellent night sleep on the mattress in the master room. The kitchen dishes/supplies were good. If I could make any changes...remove all of the fake plants around the condo- they collect a lot of dust and look so old. The red fabric chair in the living space has stains and has an unpleasant appearance. The location is perfect and the parking situation is great as well. The situation with having to wear the bands at the pool was not enforced. The bigger deal was not being able to have a tervis or any insulated cup by the pool in the hot weather. The pool patrol people really enforce that. They only allow plastic commercial water bottles by the pool. We had a wonderful time and would rent this unit again. Recommending this to our friends.

Overall it was a nice stay. The condo is pretty as well as the entire complex. The floors did need to be mopped when we arrived but everything else was clean. The security is extremely strict and rude about enforcing the rules, even the ridiculous rules.

We really enjoyed our time in Okaloosa Island. The view the water, and the weather were amazing! The condo itself was great if I had to complain, it would be just from the noise from the tenants in the unit above us. The condo was clean except for underneath beds and under chairs which was an easy fix. The owner was very pleasant to deal with as well as the complex itself. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in this condo the week of July 4th, and it could not have been more perfect. We love staying at the Azure, and we have stayed in several units in the past. This second floor unit is perfect! The owners did a fantastic job of stocking the condo with necessities, and the room fit our needs perfectly! The unit was very clean upon arrival and ready on time. I highly recommend staying in this particular unit. If you have not visited Fort Walton Beach, you are missing out! It is the best for a relaxing, not overcrowded, but still close to everything vacay!

Our condo was well stocked and a great location, but overall was very dirty. Shame because it is a nice property, but whoever does the cleaning between renters just half assed it. It really needs closed for a day or two and deep cleaned, walls, under beds, behind furniture and that red chair needs to go.

Second stay in this unit and both times were wonderful! Location, views, complex are all great. We will be back! Super-responsive property manager. We had a couple of insignificant issues (ex:door code not working) and she responded immediately to help us!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The porch was large with a picnic table and other chairs, and the inside was very nice. The 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space, and the entire building was well-maintained. The pool does require you to wear wrist bands (provided in the condo), and they were fairly strict about keeping beverages out of the pool. We enjoyed the beach chairs each day, and the beach access is so easy. We would be happy to return to this condo!

We live in the area but wanted to join my brother's family staying at the beach. We enjoyed this unit and would stay there again. Being on second floor, where we could see over the dunes while relaxing on our deck, was a definite plus, and we liked having a stairwell and elevator near our front door. The layout of Azure allows only one access door to pool and beach, which was a fair walk for my husband with a cane, but we managed. The parking deck was easily accessible, using either the upper parking level, or taking elevator and hallway with cut through to ground level parking. The property is very close to restaurants and shopping, the Gulfarium, mini-golf, and an easy drive to Destin Harbor area or downtown Fort Walton Beach and Publix grocery store. All were appreciated by both of our families

Nice family week on the beach.

Condo was very nice with plenty of room for the whole family. We enjoyed the location and being able to walk to many things. The kids really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs as the weather didn’t permit swimming at the beach every day.

We met our adult children at Okaloosa Island to celebrate Thanksgiving. Azure 203 was an amazing condo and exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend this listing to others, and plan to stay there again ourselves in the future.

We always enjoy the Azure and Okaloosa Island. Our stay was very relaxing and fun.

The condo is not kid friendly at all. Every dish is breakable. No cleaning supplies. How does one not have a broom? Our room says it came with chairs yet we had to pay to rent chairs. The chairs that we did rent were not even held for us. When we came back, they were taken. The chair guy said if we leave them it’s first come first serve. Very unhappy with this.

Microwave paint blistered inside, smoke alarm hanging by the wires & the king mattress in the master is worn out. This unit needs attention to detail to attract full price.

Everying was easy. The lister communication was very good. Condo was clean. Balcony and view was great.

It was very easy to book this property. Everything was exactly as the photos showed. Lots of space for a family of 7. The 2 Pools and 2 Jacuzzi were nice and well kept. Easy to access to the beach with a handicap accessible ramp. After coming back from the beach this resort offered several ways to clean the sand off. The jetted tub in the Master Bath was nice to relax in. Had everything we needed to cook meals. We look forward to coming back.

Booking and communication were super easy. Condo was spacious and clean, had a beautiful view, and was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this location and the whole entire process was problem free and easy. The condo was beautiful and accommodated our family of 5 and another family of 4 perfectly. The view was amazing, it was such an easy and short walk to the beach, and the kids loved the pool and splash pad! 100% recommend!

We had the best experience staying in room 203 at Azure. We had everything we needed in the room and the condo complex is beautiful and very clean. We loved having a few restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location. Property is well maintained. Quiet. Nice furniture updates. Comfortable mattresses. We stayed in this same property 3 years ago, and we would stay here again. Considering the large price increase, I would think there would be more cookware available - such as a possible pizza pan, microwave cookware, 13 x 9 pan. Nice balcony furniture - but a little too large to easily get past the table. Tub in 2nd bedroom does not drain very well during shower and that bathroom fan does not work. Could have used more washrags and also more than 2 kitchen towels. Parking garage is a problem for people who have roof-mounted luggage carriers as vehicles that do not fit the height criteria for "tall vehicle parking" were taking up the parking spots. We had to park in the other garage multiple times - requiring a longer walk to our condo. Azure needs to come up with a solution for the convenience of travelers with roof-mounted carriers. This was the same problem 13 years ago and 3 years ago when we stayed at Azure. Overall it is a very comfortable unit and nice location in the building.

This condo was just as advertised - wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable, the furniture was very nice, and it was the most stocked condo we've stayed at. The location is perfect - just steps from the beach. The owner was very easy to work with. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was great. The unit was comfortable. There were several light bulbs that needed replaced and the master bathroom sliding door didn't have a handle so I got stuck in there once. Then I decided not to close it again. The electric outlets in part of the kitchen didn't work so we finally moved the toaster close to the coffee maker and found that it did indeed work, it was just the outlets that weren't working. There were also some toenails on the balcony floor that weren't any of ours. Maybe housekeeping took care of that this time because I certainly didn't. None of us liked the shower heads. The pressure was great but too spread out. I only mention those things so they get attended to because we'd probably stay here again.
