1. The location is quite nice. It is right next to a river and the road in front of the hotel is wide enough to not feel crowded. 2. The room is well equipped with all that is needed. 3. The lobby has a vast, neat and bright layout. 4. In order to better distribute visitors' flow at the breakfast area. They make 3 shifts and let us choose a timetable. Although we got up after our chosen time but I do like the idea.

1. The staff was very friendly and tried hard to help but they still seem to be a bit off and slow in reaction. My questions and requests during the stay were often dealt with the help of my supplementary reminders and there were still several mistakes occured. Also I felt the job handover between receptionists was not satisfyingly thorough.

Everything is clean! Body wash and shampoo are very high quality.

The entrance has high ceiling and interesting decoration. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is right besides a river with wide road. Wall flowers on the building are real (outside).

As the front road is wide and with few traffic, it leads straight to a hospital about 1km away, you will hear siren every night (in our case, every midnight over the days we stay). Loud and clear. The bed could be easily shaken when anyone sit or move so it could be distracting to the person already sleeps. The room's service light is blue which emits brightly at night (could have been orange). The gap between room door and the floor is too big so the aisle's light will beam into the room even if you turn off the room's light. The curtain can not fully cover day light.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and the services is great.
