Everything is nice I love it

The Center is near and everything is close to you

The host produced an excellent breakfast continental style but always asked if I wanted more and willingly offered cooked eggs ..scrambled or otherwise if I wanted a change .Small kitchen next to the dining room with the offer of tea and coffee throughout the day ..self help if I came back to the room at any point in the day ..It was home from home Wifi was free and available with a simple unlocking code .

The weather was not perfect but the accommodation and the hospitality were excellent ..I will certainly use again if and when I can go back to the Sarzana area The property was out of town but within walking distance and the Tratoria restaurant just 200 metres away was excellent

All was very good except the bed - see below. You will not find better, friendlier hosts than Andrea and Luisa! Location is superb - two good eating places within walking distance, and Sarzana is not much more than 10 minutes walk. We enjoyed breakfast - slightly different every day, but always good.

We were late booking, so we had the room without ensuite (no problem - our bathroom was private - 3 steps down the hallway. Our bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy - really not a big issue
