Good location, well equipped

Being offered extras after we had paid such as heating the pool and a welcome pack

The villa was gorgeous and really well equipped We were welcomed by a platter of fresh fruit and bottle of cava. There was also some soft drinks for the children. We were surprised to find a lot of staples supplies (oil, salt, spices, etc) in the cupboards and house had all the supplies you need for an excellent "home away from home" stay There was complimentary robes, beach towels and beach bags in every room. The view was gorgeous The nearest beach was accessible via a path only (not suitable for young children) but was worth the effort as you escape the crowds of Fanabe or playa de americas La Caleta and its lovely restaurants is only a short drive away and parking was never an issue A nice modern shopping centre with large supermarket was a short drive away Motorway to travel around was 5 mn away and very accessible. Worth noting that a lot of the area is in construction at the moment, but the area surrounding the villa has already been completed so no issue with building/construction noise

Nice house, good decor, good ambience. Great location if you have car.

The large bowl of Canarian fruit and the bottle of cava on arrival was very much appreciated. The view was magnificent. The little additions such as bathrobes, shampoo and shower gel, razor and toothbrushes were a great addition as it meant we didn’t have to bring our own if we decided. The private parking underground, whilst tight to get in and out of kept the car cool when we were out during the day.

The area is still being developed so on a few days the local workman, who started early, made a bit of noise cutting tiles and drilling. Had we have know this we may not have taken the villa. On the first morning we went to the pool and heard the word ‘Morning’ Looking around we saw it came from the balcony of the villa on the right. His view was straight down into our outside area. From Thursday onwards there were guests or residents in the villa to our left. As they sat outside a lot we could hear them talking quite a bit, as one of them had a rather loud voice.
