Close to the lake. Relatively quiet, though the cobblestone street made any passing traffic very loud.

Restaurant closed at 8, so nothing to eat for my son who arrived later. Food was uninspired.

The rooms were clean and well-kept, the included a la carte breakfast was great, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

The hotel does not have an elevator, so you may have problems if you pack a lot of luggage.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was easy to find and not far away from lake. Our stay was very short but I can imagine stay there for a week holiday.

There were one little problem with communication - the owner does n´t speak English and we dont´ speak German. But he was very friendly and with little help with translator in our mobile we understand everything.

I stayed for the second time in the hotel: It's a convenient location, just a 5min walk away from the palace and the lake, great for a swim. I was fortunate and stayed in a newly refurbished and decorated room including bathroom. Thus, I had a good rest. Also, the hotel serves good breakfast. Also I can recommend to have dinner in the restaurant. Last but not least, the hotel has free parking and reliable internet (if you come for business). Staff was very kind and helpful too!

Nice location: The hotel is close the the palace and park Senftenberg and quietly located. Also the lake is just 10min walk away and ideal for a swim during the hot summer months or just to walk along the sea front. I stayed in a refurbished room and in particularly the bathroom was new and super clean, very much appreciated. A decent breakfast was served and also I had dinner outside in the restaurant, which offers tasty food. Last but not least, free parking, which is always appreciated

I'm not sure but it seems a general problem across Germany's rural areas: the WIFI in the hotel was poor, slow speed and often no reliable.

The breakfast was more than I expected. It was absolutely delicious. The room needs to be updated but it was clean. Location is very beautiful. All in all I love it and we will definitely return there.

The bathroom and the room need to be updated( furniture, carpet).

Proximity od the lake and cycle track, as well as hotel equipment and food.

The location was nice and we slept amazingly well! The beds were very soft which we're normally not a fan of but in this case it was just a dream

The room was rather old fashioned with old carpet which didn't smell too fresh. For breakfast we were served the one breakfast menu without any chance to choose which is not really adequate especially if you eat vegetarian/ vegan and get a plate full of ham.
