spacious overlooking pool. good location

false advertising as advertised as two bed apt but was really with low ceiling alcove which was only suitable for children, I banged head on arrival as didn’t expect a low ceiling. also given wrong password for safe which was so inconvenient as our passports, bank cards and phones were in it! only two small cups in kitchen so had to use glasses for tea/coffee.

Good clean spacious apartment. Well equipped. Good location near lovely beach and great restaurants.

Best to book the sea view side. More light. However, the view will be blocked shortly due to a new apartment block under construction in front.

Great place at he very end of Cotillo, quiet, yet close to a very fine bakery, some bars and restaurants. View to the ocean. And to the pool. BBQ+ We got late check out for free.

We had a half undergroundplace with only one bedroom first. Even though it was big, it was ony one bedroom (we booked 2). Juan Antonio offered us the other place but wanted to charge a cleaning fee. He then dropped that, which was very correct of him.

Apartment was excellent had all you needed for the stay was spotlessly clean and comfortable and a good size great location for the beach and town .Host was great good communication and even allowed a late check out as we had a late flight home would highly recommend this property could find nothing to fault it keep up the good work AA++

Sea view terrace plus pool balcony, two bedrooms with comfy beds, kitchen. smart TV with many channels and connect to smartphone. perfect location few meters from beach and from various nice cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Parking always available. Easy access (key box) and good communication with owners, always supportive.
