This rental offered a spacious house with a generous yard. The hosts are communicative and helpful. 20 minute walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants, preserves, and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my family’s first trip in a long time. We brought with us my four month old. The house had plenty of space for all of us to have our own rooms and privacy, but a great family room in the basement to gather and play games. Check in was easy, everything was very clean and the house had all essentials we needed (including a beach umbrella and chairs we took with us to the beach). My parents even commented that anything you could possibly need was there. The beach was 4 minutes away and we were able to use the beach passes for parking (John was nice enough to even run us over the second one since we had two cars). We were also close to a couple of cute places to grab food and drinks easily. We would definitely want to stay here again!

John was incredibly responsive and helpful with his information, including when I had car trouble. House was spotless, family porch was fabulous. He has an info book with detailed info too. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the property! The yard is very nice. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The town beach pass came in handy. It's a beautiful beach. The house has plenty of space for the 4 of us. The screened in porch is great for enjoying the cool night air without mosquitos. We loved the fire pit as well, easy for us to light. We would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Home was comfortable and has everything you could think of, very well equipped! Comfortable beds and a/c was amazing! The basement was a bonus! Owner a pleasure and very responsive! Would highly recommend this property!

We loved staying at the house. The house was quaint and plenty of room for all of us. Loved the screened in porch or just sitting outside. When John speaks of location he is spot on. Everything is within a 25 minute drive. Manutuck beach was wonderful - never crowded. Thank you John for allowing us to rent your house..

Ideal location for our weekend plans and the house matched the description. John was also a pleasure to deal.

Huge property- kids loved the backyard with lawn games and fire pit. Well stocked kitchen, cooked many meals including fresh lobster! Beach pass was a huge plus. Basement had a musty smell so we couldn’t really spend time down there.

John was amazing. Very thorough book with all the information you didn’t know you wanted. Loved the walks to the beach every morning

John the owner of the house was really easy to reach and we were able to get all the answers to our questions before our trip. The beds are comfy, the outdoor shower was great, the screened porch is awesome to spend the evenings and play board games and the area is sooooo Calm. Very relaxing place. We will not hesitate to rent this house again in the future.

I cannot say enough about this property! Location is great, yard is big and great for kids to run around, fire pit/yard games 👍🏼, screened porch great for rainy days, playing games, and relaXing, outdoor shower has hot water so you basically have two working showers for simultaneous use if you have several guests, beach pass to matunuck beach was great and perfect for those with kiddos. Beach had showers, bathrooms, and a playground within an eye shot if you have littles. The house was spotless and has everything you could need/want! John is super responsive and we just thoroughly enjoyed our week.

The property was better than advertised, games, fire pit etc. There are many notes in the binder, with everything you could think of from what to recycle to resturants in the area.

We liked the screened in porch and backyard fire pit. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils. The beaches were close-the first day we got in because it Was overcast but the second day they were only allowing 25% capacity due to Covid and we’re turned away at 10:30 AM. We did find a few lovely parks (Black Rock and a wildlife preserve) And did enjoy our stay-lovely area!

My husband and I were looking for a place to just sit back and relax, and this place delivered! The kitchen is great to cook in, but there are also excellent restaurants nearby. The beach is convenient and having the parking pass makes it easy to visit. We checked out the nearby sculpture trail, and grilled on the grill. It was nice to have a TV upstairs as well as in the room downstairs. The amenities were excellent and we wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

We had a great stay in a great location. The house was fantastic. The ocean was a couple blocks away. Good restaurants close. We will stay there again.
