The house was perfect with space for all of us. We definitely would rent again.

The home itself is a nice size, but it was very dirty. There are layers of dirt, dust, and bugs throughout the house. There were dead bed bugs in the pirate room. Therefore, we could not utilize that room. We had to buy an air mattress and have 1 person sleep on the couch. There was a hole in the screen of the back patio and in the morning there were rodent droppings. The pool was nice and the location of the home is close to Disney and the airport. Owner was notified of all issues and he relayed the concerns/issues to the cleaners.

Great house and wonderfully stocked kitchen for preparing meals for large gatherings. Beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and there were even extra beach towels for the pool and waterpark. We really enjoyed the game room and it is located right off the kitchen so I was able to play a few games of pool and also keep an eye on dinner. The 2 separate seating areas allowed for different board games to be played between both of our groups. Highly recommend anyone with large families wanting to vacation in the Orlando area. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Let me begin by letting you know this trip was planned as a laid back, hang at the house kind of week. Rather than go to Disney we wanted to relax in a hot tub,pool and grill. Unfortunately that is not how it went. House may look nice in pictures but if you stay that opinion will change quickly.
Where should start- The hot tub never worked after specifically asking and being promised the opposite. I told Thomas the first day there but no one ever showed up to look at or attempt to try to fix it. The pool was never cleaned any of the 7 days we were there. If it had been maybe they would have noticed the metal shards that were all over the bottom of the pool. Now let’s talk about their grill. I lit it but soon after the grill was on fire from all the build up at the bottom, again something that has NEVER been cleaned off. They had a fire extinguisher for us to use- with a tag from 2016, obviously useless as well as incredibly dangerous!!! Thomas said he ordered a new grill and I would have a new one Friday but it never showed up. The small kids rooms are very hot and have no ventilation. Various bugs found throughout the house and now my daughter has bites all over her body. They do ask that you wash all towels and put all dishes into dishwasher, used or not. Then they specifically ask you to NOT remove any bedding which speaks volumes!! Neither the house or pool have NEVER been cleaned. The listing is ridiculously deceptive. I would HIGHLY recommend looking anywhere else!

Very nice, large home that suited our families needs. Pool area was a big hit! Cleanliness was not as expected, grill on back patio needs attention, burners didn’t all work. Upstairs AC had trouble cooling, two nights worked fine, after that it struggled to get below 78. We enjoyed our time despite these concerns

I loved this property. Very comfortable beds, spacious layout, and hot showers. We loved the pool in the backyard and the big pool for the whole property. There are a couple things to know about the property, like you have to supply your own drinking water, toilet paper, paper towels and such, and the freezer isn’t great for freezing things solid, but otherwise the house has everything you need. The owners are on top of issues as they arise, you just need to alert them. Trash is picked up daily outside of the property and there is maintenance staff that works on the house/pool as needed. It is right around the corner from Walmart and 15 minutes from everything Disney. There are lots of restaurants in the area and Amazon Fresh will come to the house. You can only bring 3 cars with registered drivers to the house, but Ubers are not an issue. It is a gated community, with lots of speed bumps, so it is safe and no one is speeding through the neighborhood. My 4 year old told me we should move here!

We booked this house almost two years in advance because of the amenities and size of the home. We were extremely disappointed as the home doesn’t match or live up to the VRBO listing. The communication with the owner was very weak. Freezer doesn’t work. We lost a custom made birthday cake along with meat and other frozen food when the freezer wouldn’t stay cold enough to keep things frozen. One of our guests got lots of bug bites after sleeping in one of the rooms which required a call to the doctor and medication. The pool table, air hockey, and gaming station are unusable due to damage or missing parts. Spa heat was an extra charge but didn’t work. You have to guess when using the stove as all the settings are gone. Ice maker/ water dispenser don’t work. Towels smelled musty and washing didn’t help. Not enough silverware for a large family. Glad we brought our own grill as the one furnished is dirty and smells. A man was attempting to break in across the street and resort security wouldn’t do anything. We had to call the sheriff’s department. Owner did allow us to checkin two hours early. The little park next door is nice along with the water park.

We are a family of 11, Granny & Granpa, our 3 kids and there husbands/wife & 3 Grandkids, this is our 8 the visit to Florida and we all agreed this villa’s location for Disney was the best, the roads at this time of year (Easter) are brutal so being a short distance away was Great also every type of Shop and Resturant are avalable locally on the 192, the villa was clean and tidy and had everything a vacation home needs for a truly fantastic time, the pool heat was perfect and the we made use of it every day, we would certainly stay here again.

I stayed with my family of five (3 kids), in-laws and brother and sister in law with their 18 month old. The space was perfect for us. We paid to have the pool heated which I would recommend. Check in and out was very easy. Location is great. Park and water park for kids was fun. The house is right beside the smaller park which was great to have with small kids.
Would definitely stay again.

My family stayed here 2 days prior to a cruise trip. After we checked in, my family didn't want to leave and go on the cruise. Everyone feel in love with the home! It was a perfect size for all of us, the kids absolutely LOVED the themed rooms. They still talk about it today. The pool area was lovely. The game room was a bonus. The host stayed in contact, sent important information in a timely manner, it was the one part of our trip i was never worried about. I hope one day we can come back and stay fir a longer duration. Thank you for allowing my family to stay. Your home was inviting and made lasting memories! There will be many more families with smiles on their faces thanks to your hospitality.

We were so excited for the location of this home. Easy access to Disney, and large enough to sprawl out and relax after exhausting days. Tom was only a phone call away and walked us through any questions we had. He went above and beyond. The house itself needs to be updated and could use a really good deep cleaning. The beds were great. Our family really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Clean.

The location of the home was perfect for us for Disney and Universal parks. Having Walmart for shopping was also a plus.
This home was great for a family of 13 for size, but there definitely needs to be a good cleaning done of the home. We had a few issues, with BBQ, water dispenser on fridge not working but did get these things sorted.
The king beds are not that great, pillows and bedding could use replacing.
The owner did work with us to get things sorted out and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice neighborhood and close to Disney parks. The house needs some updating. Doors are banged up. Comforter in downstairs bedroom was dirty, and the game room is a converted garage with concrete floor. Air hockey game doesn’t work. Mold in master bath shower and around the spa.

We enjoyed our time here. The property could use some updates but it wasn’t anything that made our stay less enjoyable-except possibly the beds that were not very comfortable. The location is great and it was very easy to get to the Disney Parks. We paid to have the pool heated and it would have been nice to know that we actually had to turn it on ourselves. The first 3 days we didn’t use it because it wasn’t warm and we didn’t know about the switch outside until I contacted the host to ask about it. Otherwise everything was great. I liked the feeling of safety inside the gated community.

Good location for visiting multiple parks. Small children's playground right next door. Plenty of room for 8 people and everything worked but the ice maker…not a problem as there was a Super Walmart 1 mile away for all of our needs. Could not reach the owner via the message option on the app but I am guessing that was a VRBO problem not related to this specific property. I would recommend this property.

Nice property and very attentive hosts. Enjoyed our stay until we discovered a bed bug problem in one of the kid's bedrooms towards the end of our stay. Kids had bites all over. Host said he would call someone in to investigate and correct the problem.

The house was just as described. The layout was perfect and having a pool in the backyard was excellent. They even have door alarms leading to the pool so young kids can’t go out to the pool without people knowing. We plan to stay again the next time we visit the Orlando area.

Awesome house for a family of 15! So many extras for the littlest babies to grandparents. Owner was VERY accommodating and responded quickly to any questions our group had. Would definitely recommend! ONLY negative was the main floor bedroom bed was very hard. Some people maybe like that though.

The house exceeded our expectations and had all we could ask for. So many things he provided we didn’t even discover all of them until well into our stay. Pool toys, baby stuff strollers all you could ever need. Our host Thomas was amazing he was so attentive to a couple of self created issues. We had a response to any question we had in a matter of minutes. The gated community made us feel so safe and welcomed. Beautiful community and so close to anything you need. Walmart gas restaurants gift shops and Disney. All just a very short drive. Farthest drive was Disney at 15 minutes max. We unfortunately had a medical issue with our infant and had to go the ER with her. Absolutely amazing care at the hospital so take comfort in the fact that if you need any care it is very close by to the home. Once again shout out to our host Thomas for all you did for us. 5 star you are the best

My family and another family traveled south from New England to take in the Florida sunshine and our first trip to Disney. Tom was great to communicate with, and the house was perfect. Plenty of room for our group of 11, close to EVERYTHING, and had not only a pool onsite, but a fun kid-friendly waterpark with slides, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more for this getaway!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house. It had everything and very clean. My husband and I went with our son, daughter-in-law, grandkids (9 and 11) and special needs Adult son. Pool was enjoyed by all as well as the billard table and air hockey. Location was great e cept for the traffic.

The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a large family/ group. The neighborhood is about 15 minutes from Disney which is a plus and they have a cool clubhouse with a pool and arcade. Thomas was very quick and easy to speak with, which is a plus. The kids absolutely loved the pool and we were able to utilize the grill. The curtain in the upstairs hallway bathroom should definitely be replaced or cleaned. There’s a huge red stain on it and it just looks as though it’s been neglected during the cleaning process. We’re not sure by what, but my mother was bitten pretty badly in the master bedroom upstairs. She has several warm to touch, red, & swollen bite marks on her neck, side of her face, & arms. I would also advice future guests, if you’re going to put trash out at night to use mint scented trash bags & if you have multiple trash bags, as our party did, because there were multiple guests, please place your trash in the morning. We had to stand by the door and wait on the trash people to get our trash as they neglected to the day prior, causing excess trash accumulation. Anyway, overall stay was good, lovely home, quiet neighborhood. The most annoying part of the trip was trash pick up and gate entry, as you have to wait on security to let you in. Other than that, the stay was good. Thanks!

We were a multi-family traveling into town for a Disney wedding. Upon arrival we found the house exactly as advertised. In a beautiful gated community with 24 hour guard/gate service we felt safe and the property in general was amazing.
The house was very large. Clean with plenty of accessories such as dishes, towels and other needed items. Tom (owner) was nice, available and answered any questions I had.
If you're traveling with a large family or with multiple families this is the property you must see. For the what you get for the value this was 5-stars all the way around! Can't wait to visit this property in the future.
