The pool is nice. The staff associated with the buildings itself are welcoming and nice. Great view of pool and beach. But buyer beware, the condo itself is not in good condition. And you’ll need to bring your own drinking water.

This is not a well kept condo. If I had paid maybe 100 USD or less it would be reasonable. But I paid $200 a night plus $50 in taxes and didn’t get what I paid for. There are no things to make you feel welcomed or comfortable. For instance, filtered water. I’ve been traveling for a month throughout Mexico and this is the first place I’ve stayed with no complimentary water. there’s no complimentary anything- coffee, filters, cooking oil, soap. Also things were not in good condition with random extra furniture, broken lamps, dirty fans, hole in the ceiling on the balcony. I could really cry on how much I overpaid for this stay. Also there’s a 2000 pesos cash deposit you have to make before you can enter. and in order to eat at the restaurant you have to pay 150 pesos for a card. We couldn’t get the cable to work and the tv was malfunctioning in black and white and there was no one to help us fix it even when asked. I asked for a partial refund for this reason, but the host refused. The lamp was broken and I tried to get that fix during our stay but I never heard back from the host during our stay and of course after the fact she says the lamp wasn’t broken.

the location is great with a huge beach. The pools are also very nice. The apartment was the right size and the ac and everything worked well.

The apartment is old and this makes it look dirty, specially the kitchen, the bathtub and beach towels. Be careful, it says there is a coffee maker but you need to bring your filters. There is not even one napkin in the kitchen, and the apartment does not include bar soap in the shower. There was a leak in the parking space that stained the car and you will need special cleaners to restore the paint. I asked the host about who was responsible to repair that. I am still waiting for the answer......
