This property was exactly what we were expecting and more! Our girls group was in town for a wedding, and this was a great home base to explore the Yucatán peninsula! It provided a great place to relax at night with sufficient space, and was in a great part of Merida, as me and my mother would go for early morning walks and explore and always would find amazing spots a few blocks away! It was a treasure in Merida that we would go and stay again! Property owner did a great job communicating and was there for anything we needed!

House was well appointed and just lovely and well decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was close to walking distance for most things. Comfortable and beautiful home.

Most excellent hosts! Very communicative and accommodating from the time we made the reservation right up to the time we checked out. They even helped us with sightseeing suggestions and transportation during our stay. The accommodations were exceptional! Very tastefully decorated and at the same time very welcoming and cozy. Our family felt immediately comfortable and relaxed the moment we stepped onto the property. The kitchen had every accoutrement from lovely glassware, baking /serving platters and plates to a full sized refrigerator with an ice maker. Excellent location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay here!

This casa is better than we expected. All the rooms are spacious. Living room comfy. I loved sitting on the couch in the evening & hearing the occasional horse & carriage go by. Kitchen has everything you could need even a wine fridge and filtered water. New appliances & two tables to seat everyone. The courtyard & pool are BEAUTIFUL and peaceful and the temperature out there is always magically so much cooler than outside or inside the house. The bedroom in the back is separate from the main house. It's a private master suite. Initially it had a slight musty smell but after a few days of the windows being open it was fine. I loved the window in the shower that was open to the palm tree garden. Every room has an a/c but we never needed them. The arched door and window frames are gorgeous. The ceilings soar to great heights. I could go on about the decor and furnishings but I'll stop here.

Property is absolutely beautiful. Living space is wonderful. Every room is large and spacious. Both bathrooms are large and well designed. Excellent court yard with plenty of seating. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked for cooking. Master suite is marvelous and the king bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in during our travels. Location is great because you're within walking distance of 2 neighborhood squares and only a hand full of blocks to Plaza Grande and Centro shopping. Wal-Mart and Chedraui are only short uber rides away for provisions and a local market is only 2 blocks away for daily needs. 3 bakeries within 4 blocks for fresh sweets and breads. Wonderful home, caring property manager Eduardo, and many thanks to owners Pat and Mari for sharing their home. We really enjoyed our 10 weeks here.

La propiedad es amplia y cómoda , cerca del centro aunque la colonia no es muy bonita , pero es una ciudad segura y puedes caminarla aún de noche

fantastic stay ! All the comforts of home. Great pool and patio area. Just a short walk to all of Centro and parks, Uber was just 40 pesos to Walmart for supplies. The Netflix was just a bonus!

Casa Mamama was the perfect place for us. The bedrooms were really lovely and bathrooms were very clean and well appointed. The living area was decorated nicely and was just what we needed. Location was great....we walked most days but did make use of Uber and met some really nice Uber drivers. David and Deborah were the perfect managers. If you do tours, please consider Destino Merida Tours....Alex and Johanna are great people. Alex is a perfect tour guide who makes each tour special...we went on four tours with him and were amazed at his knowledge...great personality. Apoala, Chaya Maya, La Recova and La Trattoria were several restaurants we enjoyed.
