The breakfast was excellent, perfect location and excellent customer services. The front desk attendants are always willing to help you in anything you may ask, if they can't, they will find the solution.

Everything was OK, worthy for the price and value of a 4 starts hotel.

The desk clerk laughed out loud when I was telling him that a transito officer ripped me off for $80.00 driving from Cuenca to Loja! Stayed in there hotel many times before but never again!

More diversified breakfast 🥐

This is a World Class Hotel. With respect and love for Ecuador, I couldn't imagine finding this level of Western Hotel style in Loja. The place has 3 years and it's fresh and classy. The decoration is well made and looks like an Hotel in London or NY. It's clean and well organized. Internet is fast. The room is clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable, bathroom area with toilet is top with rain shower including all amenities needed. Great staff, the bellman and the reception guys treated us very well. They are really kind and professional. Location is perfect, right down the city center.

The breakfast is too simple for an hotel of that category.

Friendly staff and always available to help. The room was beyond my expectations. This place is a, somehow, hidden gem. I will come back to this hotel next time I'm in Loja. Blindly.

The bathroom door. It is really annoying that someone can see you through the gap they've left. I don't know who came up with this idea but it should be fixed. A bit awful as the rest of the room is just on point

Breakfast great, dinner needs some upgrade

This is an A1 beautiful hotel in central Loja. It has a central courtyard with the windows of each room opening onto the courtyard, and fresh air also comes from the courtyard. When the drapes are closed it can be dark in the room- plenty of electric lights, though. Bed is very comfy and large, and the room is fully equipped to serve all needs, including a bidet spray at the toilet. My only complaint is that as you enter the lobby, about 15ft from the door directly in the path to the reception desk is a small box about 2ft by 1ft raised about 2 inches above the floor, which I tripped over twice during our 2-day stay. This supposedly is used to clean people’s shoes from the outside during covid. It is not painted a separate color but is black like the carpet beneath it. All I can say is, who expected to have something to trip over when entering a 5-star hotel? And who is looking at the floor when entering a 5-star hotel?

Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are the best we have found in Loja. Breakfast was a little sparse but fine. Loved having the deluxe room on first floor. Enjoyed having coffee and cookies in the evening. Beds very comfortable, plenty of hot water. nice living room with refrig, coffee pot and sink. Staff is very nice and hotel is very clean. Can't go wrong staying here.

When booking I was under the impression we had access to a private lounge with drinks. We had access to an area on the first floor with coffee and cookies. Took me a while to figure that out. Also we would have enjoyed eating at the hotel but I think because of the pandemic some of the items on the menu were not available. We have eatten in the restaurant before and food was delicious.
