We had a nice private room that was very clean and comfortable.

Check-in was confusing- we are international so our phones can’t dial a Spanish number, yet the only way to contact the reception to come check us in was a Spanish number (not on WhatsApp). It took us 15 minutes of fiddling around to figure out we could use the Skype app to pay to call the hospitalero to come check us in. He really needs to get WhatsApp to allow international travelers to contact him.

No place to clean and clothes manually

There appeared to be a problem with the drains which resulted in the men's toilet becoming blocked. This then impacted on the drainage system with the shower. The resulting smell was unpleasant and lasted through the evening and early morning.

I loved that I could leave and charge my ebike right next to my room. Also that the room was on ground floor. The host was extremely nice too.

I didn't really like the town-Sarria.

Bathrooms feel a bit too small for so many people

Kindness of the staff, they went out of their way to check us in really late, and were always willing to give advice about the trip and have funny talks about the town, the place, restaurant recommendations, etc. The night was cold but we had nice heating and the bed was comfy.

Nothing really! It's a bit far from the train station but if you are doing the "Camino de Santiago" it's a great place to stay because it is right there.

The kitchen facility. We cannot even find a spoon or knife.

The location was perfect, right at the camino way, and very close to city center. The house is clean. And Jose, the owner, was so helpful.
