Everything was perfect. We didn’t go into the pool so not sure about that but apart from that everything was lovely.

Only negative I can say is the location. The location is absolutely beautiful but it isn’t the easiest to get to. But in my opinion it’s worth the drive.

The landscape

Very noisy children screaming and running even after midnight. Barbecue company exceptionally noisy until early morning. The kids facilties rosty and with no safety for small children. Infrastructure without maintenance for long long years... Pity in such beautiful nature.

Everything was great. Calm place, great nature in the middle of the mountain but very close to Gabrovo. Kids friendly. Many things to visit around. Very good food and service in the restaurant.

The kitchen equipment can be improved (coffee machine, cutlery).

The bungalow we booked was just like on the foto’s. The view of the mountain was amazing. It’s a very peaceful place. The staff did their best to be friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty as well.

The water in the swimming pool was very misty and full with dead insects. The staff apologised in advance that they didn’t change the water due to the seasonal droughts, but since we booked that place especially to have a swimming pool, we found it a pity to not have a peace of mind that if our 3 year old swallows some water, it will be fine. Thanks God, it was fine. Judging by the foto’s on Booking.com we had expected a buffet for breakfast, so we were unpleasantly surprised that it was not the case. We got a nice breakfast but at the end had to argue not to get charged two extra coffees, considering we had payed for a buffet… Luckily the person in charge finally agreed not the charge us. It’s all about managing expectations, if I expect buffet and have to pay extra for a coffee, that’s a problem.

Nice and neat room and very good food. Dog and electric car friendly. Thank you Ivo for your hospitality.

Very disconnected from the city. Calm and quiet. The bungalow was very clean and warm.

The kitchen area had a fridge and microwave but no cups or cutlery. While we stayed the staff did not speak English so it was a little difficult to pay the bill.
