It's the best hotel I've stayed so far and im going to come back again to the hotel for sure. The luxury 1 bedroom suite is super nice, clean and very comfortable to stay. The staff are super nice and helpful. Also it makes me feel like home even for the first time stay.

beautiful spacious clean apartment, friendly staff the only complaint would be that the outside pool could do with some umbrellas.

The shower was broken and the water was coming out of the handle

Location and the added facilities

No dislikes

I liked the room and space and we were on the 19th floor so we had an amazing view.

The lift took a long time:

Spaciousness, clean, quiet, comfortable - had everything you needed

loved the location, and the spacious room and space

the toilet seat was broken and dropped on my spine a few times, the flush didn’t work, the washing machine didn’t work and we couldn’t wash our toddlers clothes which was a requirement for us

Lovely apartment with a full size tub in the ensuite. Nice balcony with great views to the North. Usual Meriton amenities.

Lifts too slow. Security contractors outside managing vehicle access. Need information in advance to proceed to car park - given there is no standing zone outside reception.

I was on level 35, view was amazing, clean, staff were super nice.

In the bathroom the stainless steal was loose on almost everything, the split down the middle of the bed was uncomfortable.

Location, cleanliness and affordability.

The windows were dirty from the outside otherwise our view of the river and sunrise would have been perfect.

1. My partner and I enjoyed the location. 2. We appreciated the room was clean. 3. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

1. No accessibility options to get from retail parking to street level effectively. 2. When requesting a bathroom for wheelchair accessibility, was told I was supposed to book a room that doesn’t exist on booking.com. 3. Apartment no where near large enough for a person in a wheelchair to move around effectively. My partner has very limited movement outside of his wheelchair, this forced him to have to move around apartment without his wheelchair. 4. Elevator doors nearly clamped my partners foot several times due to poor detection. 5. Television was not setup correctly and we could have either a Chromecast or a game console, not both. This was advised after the sole technician for the building arrived. 6. Forced to use a throwaway email address so I could use Wi-Fi to cast to the TV because of the clause of allowing email address to be used for marketing - makes me more irate due to point 5. 7. Towels were already soiled. All in all, hotel might say it is wheelchair accessible but it felt more of an afterthought.
