Everything what you needed for apartment( dishes, cutlery, fridge, terrace on the 2nd floor, private yard). There was only cold water, but when is hot , it’s alright! And no hairdryer. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Small studio with nice details. I think the price is medium compared to other properties. Super big supermarket is 20 minutes walk. And 5 minutes already a lot of cafes.

La puerta del baño no se cerraba, las ventanas no tenian vidrio en su totalidad, habia mucho ruido del exterior por ese motivo.

me encantó el aparta estudio, bastante amplio y tranquilo, fue la habitacion 6, la piscina aunqie casi no la usamos esta muy bien cuidada. la cocina y la nevera super buena opción para no gastar tanto en desayunos

no queda tan cerca de la 5ta que es la zona de playa

Es económico, todo muy limpio está bien ubicado, y tienen excelente trato 🤭

Faltó una escoba o algo para poder limpiar ya que quería dejar un poco recogido de mi parte de ente mano todo muy limpio y lindo, tiene todo lo indispensable

Todo excelente lugar, tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla super bien, lugar familiar y acogedor sin dudas volveré y lo recomiendo.

I really enjoyed the location and neighborhood. Size of studio apartment was very comfortable. Basic kitchen tools included and apartment is clean and updated

No hot water. Pool is pretty small and not much option for sunbathing in the sun (shady porch) My apartment was also loud as it was right on the street. Could also use lighter privacy curtains so daylight can enter room without people being able to see in from the street

clean quiet and good location

The room came with everything I needed for a quick stay : Netflix, hot shower , good water pressure in the shower and the kitchen was well equipped to prep basic meals etc. The apartment is located in a quiet & safe area. I primarily stayed in Playa as a base to explore Chichen Itza and Tulum. The apartment was close to the buses and taxes but also far enough away from the touristic zone so it was peaceful at night. I felt safe as a single traveller in the area .

The owner was very kind, responsive. Great bathroom (big enough) Great location : Very close to the ADO (15-20 min by walk) To the 5th avenue (less than 5min) SuperAki (5min) Lavanderia (3min)

Both of the owner were really helpful and friendly! We got a upgrade to a nice hotel room because our room was not ready. It was a really pleasend stay.

The only small thing was the extra charge of 15$ for cleaning. But even with this the price is really good for what you get :)

The studio is very nice and spacious. I only stayed for two nights, but it has everything for a longer stay as it had a well-equipped and everything you need there. The bed is big, and the design of the place is well thought-through and very pleasant. The shower has hot water. Claudio, the person who met me upon my arrival, was super nice and helpful.

The only big minus (that lowered the rating for me from 10 to 8) was a very poor internet which didn't even allow to send or receive audio messages, not to speak about playing videos or having calls. That was quite a big problem for me, as I used a lot of my purchased mobile data to work and have conference calls. If the internet is improved to be fast and reliable, it will be a 10. Oh, yeah, another thing is that the small payment terminal that they had doesn't seem to work with all cards, so maybe better bring cash or pay by card in advance, as you may have a problem with that as I did. Also, it's better to let them know when you arrive as there is no self check-in, as I understand. Someone will be waiting for you to help you to your studio.

The location was excellent ! That being said we rented this Apartment based on previous Reviews , Im not sure if day to Day management has changed but its the little things that make a BIG impact

We rented this Apartment for the splashpool, ( and location )it was basically all chlorine ! As our apt was on the second floor the minute we started up the stairs the smell was overpowering . My husband was so hot one day and tried but the chemicals made it impossible . The apartment was also quite worn as well , Rusted bathroom , and kitchen sink, faucets , the bathroom Shower curtain was a hole repaired with ugly Big silver Duct tape ( a new curtain is a few dollars and would have looked a little better) ,Also for being advertised as an apartment with a kitchenette ( As Im aware we are not cooking gourmet meals ) but there was not even basics such as a toaster ! .. Simple things like these being evident can get you five stars . Many restaurant's close by and Avenida Quinta not far . .. I realize its an inexpensive apartment but it seems many obvious things were not attended to and seemed just lazy ..

It is located in a convenient location, close to restaurant and main street etc. The pool was small but very nice especially when it was very hot during the day. The staff was very helpful

Shower was a bit weak and didn’t always have hot water.

The room was really big and clean with a big comfortable bed and some basic kitchen facilities. The bathroom was nice with decent shower and good water pressure which isn't easy to come by in Mexico. The little tub outside is nice to chill out in. The air-conditioning in the room was great and much needed in the heat we were experiencing. Without that we would have roasted. For the price it's got to be the best in PDC

The cooking facilities were not the best, the hob couldn't get hot enough to boil pasta and the plug socket was hanging off the wall but still worked. The tub outside was nice but the water quite merky, not sure why. It probably just needs a good clean. It can be a bit noisy even though it's in a little courtyard. The windows on the rooms don't offer much sound protection.

The pool don't look as big as pictured. We could not pay with a credit card.

Friendly staff and check in. Comfortable bed. Some nice touches and the basic amenities present. Nice bathroom. Storage space. Good quiet and convenient neighbourhood location.

A bottle of water, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc. present at arrival would be a nice welcome gesture for the apartment.
