Everything is perfect!
Location: 15 minutes walk to the Budva bus terminal, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to the market and street with restaurants!
Room: very clean, comfortable bed, daily change of towels, provided beach towels also! bathroom is spacious, shower drainage is very good.
Facilities: there is a terrace with nice chairs to sit on and relax! there is a garden also and private on-site parking
Luggage storage: allowed luggage storage for free!
10/10 - would 100% return

Dostaliśmy bungalow który kiedyś chyba był garażem. Ogólnie było czysto i wygodnie. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna.
Po wejściu było bardzo gorąco w całym apartamencie i nawet klimatyzacja, która była tylko w salonie miała problem z wychłodzeniem. W nocy było to mocno odczuwalne. Niestety spotkał nas bardzo nie miły incydent z robakami. Apartament ma niski próg drzwiowy, wobec czego wieczorem przed spaniem zabiliśmy w apartamencie 3 karaluchy a rano do szklanki zabezpieczyliśmy Skolopendrę licząc że właścicielka odniesie się do sytuacji. Niestety zero reakcji. Wobec tego w nocy raczej nie spaliśmy zbyt dobrze mimo wygodnego łóżka bojąc się czy tym razem nie trafi nam się jakiś robak w łóżku.

Perfect location for Budva beaches and seaside. The apartment is beautiful and suited with small kitchenette that is enough to cook simple meals. The parking is a big plus if traveling by car
The room is on the ground floor with very few natural light, but I don’t think is a very important aspect for travelers

Location is very good. 0.7 km to nearest beach. It was take max 10 minutes to the nearest beach. Market was just around the corner. Everything is clean.

The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. The location is good and the apartment had many necessary things. If you like cats, this apartment is for you ;)
Unfortunately, there was no daylight in the apartment, but we took that into account before booking. We found it a bit odd that the owner was in our apartment when we got back from the beach. In addition, we had to pay the tourist tax ourselves at the local post office.

Great spot , 5 minutes walking distance from all the action and the seaside but at the same time peaceful and quiet and very green. Clean and spacious . It was a very good choice and the host was very friendly and nice. A big plus the supermarket around the corner and the safe parking lot.

Spotlessly clean when we arrived. The lady who greeted us was warm and friendly and showed us the place. The location is great, very accessible to everything Budva has to offer.
We made the mistake of trying to save energy and turning off the AC when we left. Since it’s in the living space instead of the bedroom, it took hours to correct this mistake. It’s too bad there isn’t a unit in the bedroom so you can target the air more efficiently.

Convenient location close to cafes and groceries slightly away from the center yet within walking distance. I stayed in a cosy and small separate house, which felt unique. Hosts offered transfer service, which was convenient.

Small Comfortable and extra clean apartment! Very very clean and new. Near thebeach and Everything you Need. Private Parking in Front of the house wich is Perfect. Family is super kind ans helpfull. Thank you for the stay- highly recommended❤️

It's cosy and comfortable room, not very big, but here you can find everything you need (fridge, cups, plates, coffee and so on).
Every two days host cleans the room and changes towels.
