Top Ausgangslage um Javea/Xabia zu erkunden. Viele tolle Bars und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Wunderschönes, großes und modernes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer, man kann nachts das Fenster offen lassen und wird vom Meeresrauschen geweckt. Was gibt es schöneres?! Pool sah sehr sauber und ansprechend aus, Mitte April aber noch zu kalt zum baden :-)
Man muss nur einmal die Straße überqueren und kann am Steinstrand entlang spazieren, wenn man aber 20-30 Minuten Richtung El Arenal läuft kommt man an den Strandabschnitt mit Sand.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen schönes, kleines Hotel mit direkter Lage am Meer. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit mehr, gern wären wir hier mehrere Tage geblieben. Absolut empfehlenswert! :-)

Very little, but the sea view was good.
Cava as advertised was not offered on arrival. Parking was only possible with a car the size of a mini as the entrance was impossible. Room facilities were not as advertised, no bathrobes or slippers. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and there was no hot water in the morning for showering.

Super friendly and helpful staff, location right beside beach & some cafes but quiet end of town.
Decor feels more like a B&B in someone’s home. A bit ‘chintz’ and needs a facelift soon. But very pleasant.

Didn't have breakfast as staff don't start until 09.00 location good, no bar or restaurant after 18.00 hrs so had to look elsewhere basically just room
More staff & facilities is needed for customers.

Lovely staff who were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Great location between the port and the beach.
Bedside lamp switch was a bit dodgy but unfortunately there wasn't a replacement so I switched it on and off using the wall socket instead.
The rooms could probably do with a bit of updating eg painting, new wall art to reflect the hotel's wonderful location. Also some new bedside lamps!

The staff and location
The only issue we had was for 2 days ( out of 5 ) it was difficult to get hot water for 2 showers maybe due to increased occupancy?

We were in the Deluxe Suite (2nd floor with wonderful sea views) - a big bedroom with huge bed, sofa bed, TV, wardrobes and balcony, a small room with a sofabed, cabinet (containing a fridge) and balcony (curtain between the two rooms) and a good sized shower room. The staff were great, breakfasts were lovely and a wide range of treatments available - we had a couple of facial treatments and a massage, all very good.
After the first night we did advise reception that the bedside lamps did not work and it were a little disappointed that this was not rectified during our 3 night stay. Apart from that we loved our stay and would happily rebook here when we are next in Javea.

Location, bed, bedroom, bathroom, size of room, comfort, quality of the furnishings. Public rooms were well appointed. Small pool.amd bar looked great but bad weather prevented us from using them.

We had an excellent room and the hotel was right on the promenade near to the Port and the restaurants. Easy to walk to either. Its a boutique hotel so only 4 rooms available but that's the charm of this hotel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and we had breakfast each day on the patio. Views were beautiful.

The water ran cold as I showered.
There were no bar staff for breakfast or drinks.

chairs on Balcony needed replacing & disappointed that the Bar wasn’t open to get a drink but opened late at night on NYE for an hour or so 🤷♀️Furniture around pool needed attention too

great location, small and traditional hotel with an eclectic mix of furniture and styles. large bed, plenty of sockets, large room and all expected amenities
only real negatives was that there was no WiFi (or none that we were told of?) and also the bath towels were tiny and both were ripped. definitely time for the hotel to invest in some new ones.

Location very good … didn’t have breakfast. Loved the view.
No one on site when we arrived, didn’t like having to let ourselves in and no one on site until the next day! Found that strange. Also the room very cold and couldn’t get the aircon heater to work on hot and no instruction on how to make it work. But I found a blanket in the wardrobe. No lift! Had to carry my bag up marble stairs which was very difficult.

The room was lovely, very spacious, lovely sea views, big comfy bed, nice big windows to enjoy the view. Location was just right, across the road from the beach, restaurants and bars next door and a nice 10-15 minute walk to the shops, more restaurants and the port. The sandy beaches and shops of Arenal a bit further away but still a nice half hour stroll or catch the little road train which runs every hour.
