Beautiful view, beautiful sunrise, great pool, beautiful linen, very clean!!!

We loved this place! Perfect location, beautiful decor and comfy beds. The essentials Jenny supplied were a real bonus, thank you.

It’s beautiful but I think overpriced. I think $250/300 is reasonable. The dishwasher didn’t turn on. I couldn’t work it out and couldn’t find anything about how to use it.

The lodge is beautifully styled and very neat and clean. The space was plenty for 2 parents and 1 child + 1 adult with 2 children. The beds were so comfy. The pool is amazing as is the view. Jenny is a wonderful host and we would definitely stay again.

There was literally nothing we could fault with our stay.

The unit was beautifully located on the waterfront. It was also very close to the Cleveland CBD, & the Grand View Hotel was only a stone's throw away with good meals. The most outstanding feature was the attention to detail by the host. There was milk, bread, eggs, a selection of jams, water & ice in the fridge. There was a very well stocked bookshelf with a wide variety of books to suit everyone's taste [Children & adults]. There was even a nice collection of board games as well. The TV was large & very clear. Austar was available with a full range of channels available. [Even more than I have at home.] The beds were comfortable & there was plenty of cupboard & drawer space for clothes. There was air conditioning. Everything you needed was there. It was like moving into a home.

The only slight down side was the access. The building is on the side of a fairly steep hill. The unit is at the bottom. Access is down a cement/paved path at the side. Fortunately there are handrails, but you still need to be a bit careful.

I stayed here for my recent wedding weekend. The weather wasn’t great with lots of rain and Jenny was very accommodating allowing my elderly mother to use the alternative entry instead of walking down the side of the house. It was very clean and suited my needs of my bridesmaid and I the Friday night and looked great for photos as well. Thank you for a lovely memorable place to stay and prepare for my wedding day.
