The hotel in center of cickmaglore where you will foind all the traveling places are very near.

The location is good if you are planning to stay in the city. Breakfast is not available. There is no parking facility at the property. If anyone is traveling in their own car, they should avoid staying at this property as they may end up paying a traffic ticket since there are parking restrictions on the road in front of the hotel.

The room was tiny for a standard luxury room with no outside window. Not up to the mark for the rate/price and standard of the type of room I had chosen for my stay. Front desk staff don't know how to generate bills for customers who use their credit/debit cards to pay. The Check-out process was chaotic and messy.

First of all they don't have parking facilities. We need to park our vehicles on road side. During peak days it's very hard to find place for parking. staffs keep disturbing us untill we reach hotel about confirmation of travel. They almost called us 6 times even after confirming each time. Once we reach hotel, they blocked our two rooms in different floor even though they knew we booked for our family. For hot water every time we need to call reception and wait for atleast 15 mins..we need to remind hotel staff to keep towels, bathroom accessories..finally even for payment, they have issues taking card. They don't wanna take credit card as bank charges few amount🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and spoil your mood..
