big and clean room, beautiful house with a nice pool and beautiful outside! very good located between the beach and the city, you can reach everything easily with a bike or scooter. the family is super friendly and helpful if we needed anything:)

Extremely good value for money. Very clean and comfortable. This is a homestay, simple but a really very good one. With a nice, kind and warm family taking care of it. + damm cute baby size dog ++ home made breakfast +++ offers bike rental and transport ++++ Good communication in English It could be improved. But then it would not be at the same amount...it can not be both ways 😉

Have to look for lama homestay and not villa lama on Google and Grab else uts hard to find the property

We had a great stay at Lama Villa. Peanut is a very nice host and organized everything fine. The homestay is a little bit outside of Hoi An but we enjoyed it and you can drive by bike to the city in about 10 min. Breakfast was awesome (fresh fruit plates, pancake, omelett, banh mi).

Spacious and very comfortable rooms. great location and the nicest hosts. Cozy pool that allows for relaxing time outs. Great breakfast, good restaurants in walking distance, and close enough to Hoi An centre. Worth highlighting is the service to arrange drivers/bikes/motorbikes - on time and super flexible. We would come back for sure!

Had an amazing experience here. When we got lost upon arrival, the owner personally went to where we are, and showed us the way. The room is a great value for the money, really spacious and offers a view of the field. If you enjoy an immersive experience in nature, then you will love this place. Will definitely come back!

Great, calm location within the rice fields around Hoi An. 15 min bicycle ride into Hoi An‘s old town and 20 min from the beach, bicycles can be rented for 30,000 Dong/d. The homestay itself is absolutely lovely, with modern, super clean facilities, air-conditioned, a big pool, and a staff that is helpful, reliable and friendly at any time during the day. Breakfast can be chosen daily (a variety of both continental as well as Vietnamese dishes). Cooking classes, transport to/from Da Nang airport and train station can be arranged through the host. We had a lovely time at Lama Homestay. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to re-arrange our travel plans, we were welcome to stay for a few more nights at Lama homestay. 10/10. On top of that, it‘s more than affordable.

We loved the pool and the balcony. Staff was very helpful and lovely.

Very difficult to find, incorrectly located on maps online. The drain in the shower was installed incorrectly leaving you with an inch of water in the whole bathroom, nothing stopping the water to stay within the shower area. There was not enough breakfast tables for the amount of guests. If you have to queue for breakfast it isn’t great. The breakfast itself was a bit underwhelming. We’ve been asked to pay an evening before we were going to check out :/

The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough (but not suffocating, just genuinely wanted our experience to be positive). The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable which is always a bonus. The view of the rice fields were pretty. Coffee and kettle in the room with compliments which was nice and a mini bar which was not overpriced. The pool was wonderful and one of the main reasons why we choose this place, it was quiet and clean and lovely to dip in after a busy day, really warm. Breakfast was good and it was handy that you could order food if you wanted to. We had free bikes, which is needed to go into town, which takes about 30 minutes on pretty safe roads, the beach is even closer, and once you find the area that’s not too busy it was great, a treat to get away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The old town itself, even though it’s busy is really quite nice to eat, drink and shop. Peanut and Sunny was very helpful and this always makes a difference, thank you as we really enjoyed our short time with you (Monday to Friday) With regards to trips I wouldn’t recommend BaNa Hills, the cable cart was good (but a lot of money) and once there, i’m Not sure how to describe it😬Disney land without the Disney ? It was all a bit bizarre do a cooking class or a sunset?? Ps I’m a Brit not an Aussie 😂 I can’t seem to change it😀
