Second time back to this apartment and was as enjoyable as the time before. Natalia was very helpful and accomodating

Very nice apartment, clean and everything we needed for our holiday. Convenient location for shops, restaurants and beach. Own secure parking space was a bonus. Pool looked inviting and kept immaculately.

Fantastic apartment in a quiet area. It has everything you need for a good holiday. Host sent all the details in advance, which made it super easy to find the keys, parking space, apartment etc.

Shortage of large coffee mugs, tumblers and cutlery when using dishwasher. Had to wash up a few times to get proper stuff for meals

the noise from the apartment above was so disappointing none of the furniture has anything to reduce noise when being constantly dragged around from 8am until 2 in the morning. Our furniture didn’t either but I have respect and understanding of noise shame people above didn’t. I did mention to management but little changed and no follow up on the issue. last thing I need is confronting people as a father on his own with his son.

Apartment was clean and had everything in it we needed. The pools were great and kids had a great time. very close to lidl and euro market which was handy.

Everything was great. Maybe need to make the Urbanization President's contact details available in case of emergencies not related to the individual apartments.

the location and the size of the property...the water went cold while there and the contact we had Arina was prompt and courteous in fixing this...could have done with 2 key sets and fobs though...all in all really good...will stay again

Arina was extremely helpful - showed me the facilities & arranged for a slightly later check out. I arrived late Sunday afternoon & she suggested local supermarkets to try - (most local stores are closed).

Nothing major, just one minor comment - the folder containing information regarding the apartment was in Spanish, may be a good idea to have it written in English etc.

The host was fantastic - friendly and helpful . My arrival was delayed and I didnt arrive till near midnight, but he was understanding and accommodating. Travelling alone means security is important. The apartment was very secure with electronic gates. The apartment is bright, spacious and comfortable. I have a bad back and dread sleeping on some mattresses but the bed was excellent - very comfortable. The pool is nice and the area around it well maintained.The location is excellent, with shops, bars, restaurants a few minutes walk away. You also have several beaches to chose from and you can walk along the seafront from one to the next . Overall, a great short break and the weather was lovely too. Thank you!

Theres only a couple of tiny negatives - the decor is a bit dated and the sun loungers were broken. This didnt affect my stay and I'd highly recommend it.
