The location was great in a very quiet street. The other guests were very quiet too. Loved the little dog Baxter who kept us entertained at breakfast. The host Lorraine was very helpful and friendly and provided us with a super breakfast

not a lot

it was like renting a room at Grandma’s house. tiny room, outdated bathroom, had to go into owners part of the house to have breakfast and she sat and chatted the whole time. was expecting a professional, purpose built premise not a house stuck in a residential court!

Not much. The place is very noisy and full of back packers. You can hear EVERYTHING! the bedroom is a converted garage.

The first night was just ok, somewhere to sleep. We were meant to stay another night (2 nights later) but because our plans changed, we had to cancel our booking. We qualified for a refund. The land holder (Lorraine) promised a full refund and everything seemed fine. As a result, no refund has occurred a month on(not even a percentage or cancellation fee) and I am now out of pocket $117. This is now causing stress and heartach as now booking.com are ignoring my requests or emails. I do no recommend this property as Lorraine promises one thing and delivers something completely different. It's noisy, I could hear the backpackers in adjoining rooms facetiming friends and family back home in Germany aswell as people snoring in adjoining rooms. I liken this stay similar to just staying at a friends house as everyone is under the same roof and within close proximity of one another. Don't let the price fool you. There's no communication from the landholder now I'm chasing a refund. Do not recommend. Don't even think about staying here with kids.

The host Lorraine is such a wonderful person and she could not do enough for us. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks so much for the lovely breakfast which Lorraine went out of her way to prepare it for us at 6. 20am so we could go on a Reef Experience

Comfortable with a friendly host, and lovely continental breakfast

Lorraine is a very helpful and friendly host. She has kindly allows our dog to stay in the backyard and befriend her dog. The healthy breakfast she presented to us was beyond our expectation. We highly recommend this BnB to anyone without hesitation. The place is very clean.

I could not find a sink with washing liquid and sponge to wash the plates and mugs after we used.
