spacious and clean. Had a full kitchen.
Creepy crawly bugs filled the floor of the shower in the morning, at least a dozen of them. Had to spray to kill them.

Cabin was nice and cosy.
Kids loved the pool and jumping pillow.
Room had cockroaches, i did tell front office.
aircon wasn’t great, a air con in the room would have been great the cabin was hot..

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. The kids loved the pool and playground. When we arrived the aircon was on and room smelt lovely made us feel welcomed. Private verandah was great. Staff went extra mile to ensure our comfort (lady let us buy icecreams even though she was shutting up shop). Chalet kitchen had good facilities for cooking
Would be nice if tv was a smart tv for streaming, tv reception kept cutting in and out.

The pool was not operational on arrival, had no shade and was small. On top of this it had early close of 5.30 pm ( good luck pacifying the kids at end of hot long drive in summer with no pool time). The room also had terrible smell (think was cleaning chemicals) that made room unpleasant to be in. Be warned, also not flexible.

love it’s location and that it’s always clean and tidy with the best shower.
our chalet which was #4 had big palms scraping across the roof/ window in the wind and we took ages to go to sleep. Our son also took ages to go to sleep because of it. It was really noisy plus it didn’t have a fan in the bedroom like it has in the past so that may have drowned out the palms a bit?? it was quite warm in that room being summed also.

The rooms were well maintained, clean & value for money for the Carnarvon location. The shower was VG with loads of hot water & easy to adjust. Kitchen had everything to hand & in good condition. Bed was comfortable & fresh.
AC was not in best location to cool bedroom but did work well once main room had cooled down, just took about 20/30 mins. TV was on fridge which worked & there are not too many alternative locations but just a little quirky.
