central location, amazing staff and great breakfast

The room and furniture just as shown in photos. The piano is a bonus.

The check in place is in a cafe in the main square. And the actual place is not accessible by car. The hotel did not send me an email to inform me about this at all. The diving condition in Scicli is terrible. We drove around for near an hour and could not find the place. Had to call the hotel staff to get help. Sicily get dark at 4:30pm. We wasted the preciouse time to find the hotel. So there were churches and palaces we planed to go but we did not have the time. The outside staircases in court yard are very dark and it is unsafe to walk in evening. In the night, we found out there is no hot water! Called the staff. They came and fixed it the next morning. Then we had shower. Our schedule got pushed back half day. There is no shelf in the showers and we had to put our toiletries on the ground.

Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant… very disappointing.

This is a private small palazzo and the room still has all the charms of a palace. High ceilings with frescoes, beautiful furniture and great location. Unbeatable. Vincenzo from albergo diffuso was charming and helpful and very knowledgeable.

Absolutely nothing

What a lovely place to use as a base for visiting South-East Sicily. The staff could not have been more helpful; Eva and Sara were wonderful, they made sure we knew where to go each day and were happy to book restaurants that were a little out of the ordinary. The room itself was more than spacious, it was enormous. And there was office space outside to work at and a wonderful terrace. I would highly recommend this place.
