The property was big for a one bedroom and in the best location in Capri! Giovanna made all of our reservations and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Capri!

the small duplex apartment is so cozy and yet comfortable. the indoor rocks are a gem and the location is amazing with a breathtaking view! the small terrace is a huge plus, and the staff is great! Giovanna our host and the cleaning lady were adorably helpful & hospitable
Few times, just when in the bathroom, some constraining sewage smell was felt, the host informed us that it was due to wind direction but should work on it to resolve it

If you want to feel like Capresi, go to the markets and buy a bottle of wine, olive oil and bread and have drinks on a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view of Vesuvio and Naples bay this is a place to stay. You are not a tourist anymore but you feel a part of the process. The suite is wonderful and Giovanna is amazingly gentle and carrying. An extraordinary experience of Capri.
P. S. We should not post this because we are planning to go back and want the appartement to be available.

The location is simply superb, the property is more of a boutique chic apartment which is well appointed and beautifully furnished. More impressive is the host, Giovanna, who is so responsive to all queries and requests.

Fantastic property in the heart of Capri. Spacious with a huge terrace that has beautiful sunsets every night. I travel a lot and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. Giovanna was a fantastic host and happy to help if needed.

The Casa Boutique ,it says it in the title the house.was tastefully decorated and in a brilliant location.The house was spotless and so original( I have stolen some ideas)the views were beautiful from the terrace.Prior to arrival and during our stay the owner could not do enough for you.I highly recommend

Joana is super host and very helpful.
I ask her to bring a bouquet of flowers and cake for our honeymoon and she was so happy to do that, after all she decided to make it as gift for us which is so sweet.

The apartment is spotless and right on the main street running into the town of Capri, close to all the shops and restaurants (and busses). Giovanna, the host, is so helpful and attentive. Recommend grabbing a bus or taxi from the port as the walk up (esp with luggage) is a workout, but beautiful!

The key fob to exit the gate did not work, there was no one to help us fix it. On the day of departure we could not find someone to check out, and when we did check out we have no way to get out of the property. There were no cups for the coffee machine in our room.

The only little thing is that the bathroom is on the upper floor and the bedroom is on the lower floor so it’s a little inconvenient but apart from that it’s perfect

Giovanna was an amazing host! She took care of everything, our wedding proposal in Capri wouldn’t have been the same without her… not only the stay was excellent, clean, and tiny but Giovanna also took care of every single detail so we can do our special day in the house terrace so we can remember it always!
We will never forget our stay in Casa Boutique. Very recommended !

Location was perfect . The host Giovanna was more than helpful , she is more than a host , she helped us with everything we need in Capri . The appartment was clean with great design , and all facilities available . Breathtaking view .

We had a really nice stay, probably the best apartment I’ve ever been in Capri.
Location was perfect, two minutes away from the town square. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean and beautiful.
