The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is not soundproof at all and extremely overpriced. You can hear all kinds of noise during the stay: the sound of someone walking by your room in the corridor, the noise from the room upstairs above you, the noise of car outside your window (even if the window is completely closed) and the sound of staff preparing breakfast or other guests having it in the very early morning. I could barely have any good sleep. Honestly, I couldn't understand why this hotel could charge almost 1400 SEK for such a bad room (and the room doesn't have its own bathroom). I have booked much, much better hotels with a similar or even lower price in this trip in north Sweden.

The breakfast was good and sufficient. The beds in room were soft and luckily there was blackout curtains! Receptionist Sofie was really nice by text messages. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs a soft bed and a good breakfast. :)

Very welcoming and relatively good value. Allowed us to store our luggage until our overnight train which was such a help.

The location is very good, and we liked the old style villa.

The place was really nice, cozy, and clean. A tasty breakfast was included in the price of the stay.

We booked a night in order to have a rest on a long trip from Oslo to the north of Norway. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep because the place was fairly noisy. We could hear a lot of sounds from the room above us and our room shared a wall with the dining room, where the breakfast started to be prepared around 5.30 in the morning. Also, there was a lot of noise from the construction outside of the place.

The doors are very noisy, and you could hear the neighbours snoring (easy to hear everything)

We had everything we needed (spacious shower room & toilet, refrigerator, sink & hair dryer) and all of this was for a very affordable price. The hotel owner was very friendly and approachable and the breakfast was extensive as well. Great choice in Gällivare as it is also very central!

Bed was comfortable and there was a fridge in the room.

Our stay was a disaster and we expected a lot more from a room for more than USD 100! Our door was squeaking with every move and woke up the whole hotel. You couldn't get out of the room to the toilet without being a disturbance. Then the floor was dirty and had dust on it all over the place. We heard our neighbours snoring and coughing and every step from us or neighbours was heard clearly in our room. When people above us walked through the room we heard them clearly as well. The shower was a disaster. Fixed shower head, tiny space, two curtains because the wall was open and we could see water pipes and stuff and that waa covered by a curtain only. You had to walk to the basement next to the sauna and the way there is dirty because people walk there with shoes. The whole part in the basement was a little creepy with seats and a table next to the heating installation. Even with ear plugs we could hear noise. The window opened to the nearby street so it was also noisy from outside. We definetely didn't sleep well and in the past we had stays with a lot more comfort and silence for far less money.

Because of Covid, there was no buffet, only breakfast bags, which were fine.

There was a communication error, that resulted we got the wrong room. After we arrived, the owner provided us fast with a alternative that more than satisfied our requests. Great host, very tidy rooms. Pleasant stay. Traditional atmosphere

The location is excellent and the staff were very good and polite in their behaviour. Parking was free and Pets were allowed. You could not ask for anything better.

For the price and the treatment it is an excellent option. Nothing negative to be said
