our car broke down and we had to extend our stay. the owners found us a car mechanic, organized the purchase of car parts, offered transportation, accommodation and exchanged ferry tickets for us. We highly recommend this apartment, you will have friendly hosts and a safe and beautiful stay.

Excellent place. Great for tourists that travel around the island. Extremely friendly and nice owners. Gave many tips what to see and taste (local food). Appartments have great location, parking for a car, big garden, terrase, fast and extremely well working internet. Many restaurants and bars can be reached within 5-10 minutes of walking

Kalamaki is the perfect location on the island. The back garden is perfect for the kids. The flat size was perfect for the parents. The two kids and my wife and I. The hosts were perfectly friendly and accommodating. The beach was a lovely 15 mins walk. Just perfect!

We had an excellent time, enjoying both the location and the friendliness of the hosts for which nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and comfortable the air con a godsend with the thick walls keeping out a little night time noise from nearby venues. Thankyou so much for the brilliant holiday.

the garden view, the veranda for our breakfasts, the proximity to kalamaki beach, (we had a car for the rest), the lovely welcome and availability of the owners to help us, their presence on the property, the comfy beds, air con in every room, mosquito netting , and clean kitchen and bathroom with everything needed to cook our meals with, extra towels, the place was great and good value during high season!

Everything was perfect

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and we're very accommodating when we asked for a late check out time. Will be back again next year :)

The hosts were super helpful and friendly. We asked for an extra pillow and they brang it to us in a matter of minutes. You could not find nicer hosts. They left us with a map of the island which we used almost every day! The property was exactly how it was described and was great value for money. Decent quality wifi was provided. The gardens outside of the rooms are beautifully maintained. The location is great. Right on the main road. There is a crazy golf opposite the accommodation and the beach is a 5 minute walk. There is a accommodation 1 minute away that has a pool and I believe that so long as you buy some drinks from their snack bar, you could also use their pool.

The location is fantastic (right on the main street) but unfortunately our apartment backed onto a loud "British" bar. It was ok for us as the noise did not stop us from being able to sleep etc. But if you were a light sleeper or had children, it could potentially be a problem. Our room was quite dark. We were in the only room that did not have large patio doors and we were a little envious! We saw these rooms in the pictures and didn't realise we booked the room that didn't have them.

Perfect place to stay in Kalamaki! The apartment was spacious with good air condition and many utensils to use, very nice garden. The owners were extremely nice and helpful!!! Thank you once again!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Some noise could be heard from the main street but it wasn't awful. The kitchen had a big fridge freezer and a good size double sink which was great for hand-washing. The twin hob was used to cook on and was functional. The beds were comfortable and there was extra bed sheets and towels in the wardrobes. When I needed clean towel they were given to me straight away. There was plenty of hanging space in both rooms I mentioned there wasn't a mirror in the rooms and one was purchased. The accommodation is in a great location and the patio area was comfortable although not very private. The owners were very friendly and were able to accommodate a late check out for us at a reasonable fee which was fantastic. We would certainly stay here again. All in all a great stay.

If I'm being picky the bathroom was cramped with the toilet, sink and bath/shower being really close together. The shower curtain was a bit dirty at the bottom and may need replacing soon. It could be a little difficult getting out of the bath but we managed. There was a little oven which was difficult to work and took ages to just make toast a separate toaster might be a better option we didn't use it as an oven. There was no dressing table or mirror in either of the bedrooms which made it awkward when getting ready. The owners took this on board and purchased a full length mirror 😀 I'm sure these are areas that will be addressed but we appreciate the last two seasons have been difficult for all hotel/holiday owners during covid.

The property is very nice, lots of olive trees in a big garden, free parking on the premises, the beach at aprox 10 minutes. A big thank you to Veneranda and her brother Dimitris, they we're very nice and helpfull from the moment we arrived with tips and tricks regarding our stay and possible attractions around the island. Everything was clean and equipped with everything you could poosible need.

We did not like: - the wifi signal, lots of times was not working or not that great - the sound isolation in the bedrooms - that the last room did not have any windows and the humidity and heat was accumulating over the course of a day and was somewhat of a problem at night (even with AC turned on)

Hosts were excellent. Very accommodating and gave terrific recommendations for where to eat on the island.

The room itself was a bit a noisy around dinner time because it backs up to a pub, but during the day and late at night it was quiet.

The hosts were smiley and helpful. The apartment was clean, had linens and towels and extra ones in the wardrobes. The kitchen was fully equipped. The view from the living room was a wonderful garden. The apartment was spacious and felt airy and comfortable.

The location was excellent, quiet, walking distance to the beach and town. We had two bedrooms for 3 ladies which was a plus point for us to be together but have separate rooms...

There are no windows in the bedrooms and bathroom.

The place was very nice and clean, big like for the nice garden and parking space on property. Veneranda the host was very friendly and helpful, providing us with a lot of info about where to go and what to do.

I was surprised to how big my apartment was, plenty of space and well equipped with cooking utensils and a good fridge and air con unit included at no extra cost which is rare. Separate bedroom and a bathroom that included a bath as well as a shower. Also if your a cat lover you will enjoy the visits from local cats. I would recommend this place and I hoping to come back next year. Owner Veneranda was a delight as well so kind and a lovely smile.
