Good place for the money

Has everything you need for a short stay. Close to shops and the bus station.

water pressure issues when I arrived so I had a cold shower the first day and a half.

The owner was so kind to meet me in the airport. The rooms are big, but you will be surprise because there is no balcony, no roof terrace and the only source of the daylight is a little patio (around 3m by 1 m) where washing mashine stands. To see the sky if it is blue or not you should go to the patio and watch up. It is 15 minutes walk from this apartment to the bus station - buses called locally "guagua" operate from there to all corners of the island.

Just let you know that the nearest beach is far away. It is side street far from the center. There is little grocery downstairs but rather expensive. There is no electric kettle in the kitchen to make the tea. The number of the pots and cutlery is limited. They provide sugar bags but no tea bags or the coffee.

Spacious apartment with almost everything you need. Very good location, just 10 min from the main bus station and less than 10 min on foot to the beach + there is a minimarket just next door. The bed was comfy, the wifi was excellent.

Overall cleanliness - the beds and main surfaces were clean, however the floors were not, we've discovered this by walking in white socks for 10 minutes and they were completely black. Apart from that, the kitchen utensils, plates, etc. were also not as clean and needed to be rewashed. Kitchen and utensils need to be upgraded - pretty old, outdated and run down. There were no basics - salt, oil, sugar, coffee, spatula... The pillows could have been better - filled with sponge cubes, not really ideal if you suffer from neck problems. Our unit did not have a window - there was a patio from which the daylight came into the room, but there was no window view whatsoever - a bit unexpected.

The place is spacious and cosy. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

10 min walk to Bus station.. Supermarket, cafes and everything you need are all nearby.. There's a corner shop downstairs.. Ocean front is 5 mins..

No water pressure.. Superficial cleaning.. Replace really old white goods and cutlery.. ( I think there's a Leprechaun hiding in the microwave... He pedals really hard when it's switched on... 😇 ) Replace the mattresses.. Flimsy locks on building front door and apartment door.. Throwback to the 80's Costa's..

Lovely owner collected us from the bus station. Big, airy, light apartment with a balony. 15 miinutes walk from the town centre, 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Highly recommended.

Very spacious and well-laid out; nice attention to detail; easy walk to the main part of town along the sea front; great local restaurant and the end of the street on the sea front; great base for my stay.

Shower wasn't very good but did the job;
