Beautiful apartment. Location was amazing for old town and restaurants. Welcome and communication brilliant.

Cannot fault but maybe have more wine glasses. Only 2 but this did not stop this being a great place stay .

Proximity to the old town was great and the beds were very comfy. The linens and towels were good.

The sofas were uncomfortable. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bathroom property but there was only 1 toilet. The hot water failed on our first morning and the concierge were dreadful. The cleaners tried to help us but otherwise nobody returned our calls and it wasn't until 14;00 that a representative showed up. They gave us keys to another apartment to use the shower but couldn't move us or tell us when the problem would be resolved. The following day they finally moved us to another apartment - we lost most of 2 days of our stay waiting for them to resolve matters. A special mention for Claire on the concierge hotline who said I was lying about the lack of hot water and that nobody was responding to our calls - I assume because she thought the cleaners had fixed the boiler. They hadn't. The dishwasher didn't work in the new apartment. The freezer was iced up. You get the impression that the apartments are not properly maintained.

Central location, modern building, spacious living area.

1. We didn’t have hot water on the second day, so cold showers. We alerted the concierge but no action was taken. 2. The breakfast was terrible: torn paper bag due to open juice container, uncooked croissants and rotten fruit. We alerted the concierge who merely said they would inform the service provider. We were given 6 coffee pods for 2 days for 4 adults 3. The center point as per the description of the place is the fire place. It wasn’t working upon arrival and so the concierge said they would send a technician. The technician didn’t come despite a friendly reminder the next day. 4. No soap/ shampoo in the bathrooms, no wash basin in the toilet, one toilet for 3 bedrooms 5. Netflix wasn’t working, we could not add our account 6. The freezer was clogged with ice, the curtains were dirty,…

L'appartement est grand et bien situé géographiquement. Parking

Télévisions dans toutes les chambres avec 1 seule chaîne en français (TV5 Monde) pas de bouquet pour la télévision. Réveillé à 8 h 00 par des employés montés par un échelle sur la terrasse pour arranger les pots de fleurs. Draps sales et fourmis dans la chambre. Départ pour 10 h 00 et non négociable. Le jour du départ, il faut défaire les lits et descendre les poubelles. Pour le prix c'est limite.

The location was perfect just behind the old town and easy to walk all over Annecy and to local restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Great to have a secure parking space.

The kitchen was not very well equipped but not everyone wants to cook when on holiday I guess! Whilst the apartment was really spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished it lacked a certain warmth.

Una struttura veramente bella, di qualità costruttiva superiore. Veramente molto confortevole: nonostante la vicinanza ad una strada non entra alcun rumore È a ridosso del bellissimo centro storico, vicina al lago e a tutti i servizi, il garage riservato è certamente un grande vantaggio.

Ein sehr geschmackvolles, modernes Apartment,mit toller Ausstattung. Die Abwicklung der Übergabe mit der Vermieterin war absolut problemlos. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Apartment liegt an einer Hauptstraße und daher ist die Geräuschkulisse nicht ganz so prickelnd. Aber für einen Ferienaufenthalt ist es in Ordnung.
