Minor repairs needed to garage door, front door, sliding doors, window handles, light switches.

4 Frinton on Sea is located right by the sea, can walk out the pedestrian gate and sit in front of the ocean. The property is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

Everything it's home away from home. Excellent view of the beach. Beautiful furniture. Everything that you need from your own house, you will get it there. Entertainment games for us play. DSTV full package even Netflix.
To get this apartment it's not easy it's always fully booked.

Good easy communication with the owner and manager. Overlooking the ocean, blissful. Felt very secure. Having the beachwalk steps away. All clean, whole block kept pristine. All staff were great. Very well equipped, we had all we needed. Master suite and 2nd bedroom super.
The 3rd bedroom is cramped with the double bed and single bed in it, making it difficult to walk on both sides of the bed or have a bedside table/lamp. 2 of us didn't mind it so not a real negative.

The Location is amazing
Every room has airconditioning so the warm nights was never an issue, there is also a Ice machine that is in the u it and is an amazing extra touch for great cold drinks with an amazing view.

Liked that it was not on lower level as this created some privacy. Easy access to beach. No stairs to access apartment.
Smart tv in TV room and bedroom was great. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, icemaker. Hostess very friendly and helpful.
A bathtub in main bedroom would have been nice but everything else made up for this.
2nd bathroom had a bathtub though.

This unit is absolutely stunning, Location is excellent. The unit is fully equipped. Charlotte is so friendly, helpful and professional. Can't wait to go back again !

The apartment was extremely kid friendly. Very spacious and neat and great facilites. Super close to beach and the entire complex was neat and tidy and we felt very safe. Charlotte was very helpful and super efficient to resolve our queries on the wifi and sliding doors.
Overall lighting in the apartment could be improved but still a pleasant experience.

Easily accessible. Right by the beach. Family-friendly. Spacious, clean, practical. Didn't feel unsafe at all. BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Lovely big patio overlooking the sea!
We didn't go to use the wi-fi, but as it is an offering, I will comment: wi-fi reception wasn't great (didn't affect our overall stay, which was lovely),
And there seems to be a tiny ant problem in the kitchen - we managed and just ensured we didn't leave any open food in the kitchen, but they went after the bin in the kitchen, which we couldn't do anything about.
