Check in, and facilities are nice but not taken care off

The property was clean, well equipped and modern. The location suited our trip well and it was just the right size for our group.

The property was clean and spacious, perfect for one or two people. All amenities, including a sauna, are on the doorstep and it was within walking distance of the city centre. Personally, I loved it!

Only issue for me, was that there was no washing machine. There is a launderette close by, but not what I wanted to do while on holiday.

Check-in instructions were clear, keys in the lock box is a perfect solution. In general, the apartment corresponds to the images. Location is quite OK, close enough to the city center, but quiet. We were able to agree with the host on the late check-out.

It all started with the sheets. Right upon arrival we've realized that there are pillowcases, blanket slips, but no sheets. A quick call to host seemed to resolve the issue, we were provided with the new bedclothes in half an hour, but we were in a hurry to the reserved restaurant and did not check the contents. Only in the late night when we were back in the apartment we saw that there were extra pillowcases, extra blanket slips and.. no sheets. We're experienced travelers and fortunately we had spare sheets with us, so we've decided to go with them. When it comes to the apartment itself, it's not that bad in general, but there were numerous items that spoiled the experience and assuming the number of those the apartment looked definitely not so great. Some of the items below are illustrated in pictures. 1. A bucket containing dirty water was left in the bathroom. 2. The floor in the living room was dirty. The balcony was really dirty. 3. Two electric outlets were not functioning, one of those was completely broken with exposed wires 4. Fridge rubber strip was loose 5. The stairs up to the bedroom were way too squeaky 6. Household instructions strongly requested to dispose the trash, but the description of the trash containers location was so unclear that I was not able to find those at all.
