Great location, perfect for our family of 6. Beaches were great and having our on pool was fantastic.

My husband and I have stayed at another property in Old Seagrove for several years. But since our son, daughter-in-law, and 15 mo. old grandson were joining us this year we wanted a place where we could all have some privacy and had better beach access. This property checked both the boxes. The walk to the beach was quick & easy. Sidewalk 95% of the way. Plenty of room for all of us in the house. It is also very quick to go into Seaside. We had bikes that we used to go back and forth and it’s a quick ride. If you want to walk, it’s about a 10 min walk. The kitchen has been very nicely upgraded since the pics in the listing. Be aware, if you are bringing a little one, there are only bar stools for sitting and eating. No dining table. So you might want to be prepared with an option for feeding a baby or toddler who isn’t quite big enough for just a bar stool. I wouldn’t recommend the “clamp on” type of high chair for the bar top. It might be too much weight to be safe Since we had some bad weather during our stay, we really appreciated the covered parking. The pool was perfect for the 5 of us. There are steps and both ends of the pool that were helpful with a small child. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had the best stay at the house! The newly remodeled kitchen was an unexpected surprise - wow. Greg was responsive to a minor issue we had with a toilet but other than that, our stay was perfect. The pool and quick, east access to the beach and supermarket can’t be beat. We will be back!

The location of this property worked great for our family of 6. My only complaints would be the lack of non stick cooking skillets. So just be prepared and bring yourself a couple good non stick skillets if you plan on doing alot of cooking for your family. I just expected better skillets forthe cost of this place for the week. Lastly, we removed the upstairs comforter off the bed on the very first night as it didn't appear to be clean. All other linens underneath were fine and smelled fresh and clean. I'm assuming the comforter has to go to a commercial washer due to it being so large therefore my suggestion would be to just do away with comforters too large that can't be cleaned properly in between the guests. Everything else was great. The kitchen, bathrooms, floors everything was clean and fresh and the updated kitchen from the photos was an added bonus. We would definately stay here again.

This house is close to everything, not too big or too small, and the on-site pool was a game-changer for my kids (7, 8 and 9, years).

Great location and option for a family with kids or 2 small families. Quick and easy walk to beach, shops, square and close to grocery. We had 4 teens upstairs and stayed in master downstairs. Easy charging area for golf cart and covered carport. All in all great stay!

This is our second stay at this property. The house is clean and pool is great. Plenty of room for two families. Close to the beach and seaside. Already checking the dates for our stay next summer!!!

Me and our family stayed at this home which is newly renovated from the kitchen with new appliances, the older pictures from the listing does not do justice to the way it is now, it looks way better now in person, the pool is not too small or big is just perfect for a small group of people. The BBQ grill does need to be replaced (It has seen better days lol but it still works). The bedrooms were very clean and loved the decoration on the bedrooms, just wish the kids bedroom had a set of bunk beds to really accommodate a total of 8 people (2 couples and 4 kids). Overall I really loved that is located such a short walking distance from the beach and also there is a cafe located right on the corner across the street from the house, very convenient. I would stay there again I recommend it.

We loved the location of the house. It was an easy walk to the beach and into Seaside. Having a private pool was great. The beach area was not crowded. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Positives - Good Location...home was clean...kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were all reasonable size and comfortable. Owners / Property Mgr was very helpful Areas to improve - pool area: furniture needs replaced. Not a lot of room to hangout with family and play card games (i.e. family room was small).

We loved this old school cottage with modern comforts. Easy, close beach access, tucked away into classic seagrove neighborhood, super close to the restaurants etc of seaside, and lovely renovated kitchen! Bonus: really comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. Thanks so much for having us!

The house was great for my family and the perfect size. The updated kitchen and pool were a huge hit. It was a great location and close to the beach. We will definitely consider this location again next year! Thank you for a great vacation!

My parents, brother, husband and I had an amazing week at the beach! The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable for a group of adults and is in an awesome location: less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and half a mile from the heart of Seaside where there are countless shops and restaurants. There is a Publix just a few minutes away to stock up on groceries and many restaurants within walking distance. We were able to either walk or ride bikes we rented to get everywhere we needed to go for the week. The kitchen in the house has been completely renovated and has everything needed to cook meals as well. We also loved being able to cool off in the house’s private pool after a long day at the beach. The beach was never very crowded, however there are a lot of steps leading down from the main road to the beach, which may be difficult for seniors or people who bring a lot of gear. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay along the beautiful 30A!

This was our second time to stay at this house in Seagrove with our family. The accommodations and location are perfect for our family. We love the "home like feel" of the house and the pool and outside area are great for family time and swimming with grandchildren. We hope to return again next summer for our annual beach trip! Great location, quiet, great swimming pool. But unclean under furniture in living room, and master bedroom. We had bugs in the master bedroom… the manager help by sending someone to clean & spray down stairs.

The home was very clean , beds were very comfy, great location so close to the beach. The pool was amazing for our family. As my youngest would nap the older two could enjoy the pool. Close to restaurants and the down town area was a short walk. Excited to come back soon!

This home had the best AC we’ve ever experienced in a beach rental! The kitchen is very well stocked. Perfect location with 1block walk down tree lined street to beach access. Our favorite restaurant, Seagrove Market, is right on the corner.

This home was perfect for our group of 6 adults and an infant. The brand new kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make meals and had ample seating for everyone. Lots of different outdoor spaces to enjoy at the home, with the pool area offering a great mix of both sun and shade throughout the day. The location of this home is perfect - a block away from beach access and walking distance to Seaside town area yet far enough away from it to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We loved the outdoor areas of this home. The covered porch upstairs, the screened porch on the first floor and the pool area were so enjoyable. The house is also very close to the restaurants and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach which is ideal. We really enjoyed our time there.

This property was as advertised. Location is one block away from public beach access. We really enjoyed the pool and large outdoor gathering area. Lots of restuarants near by, but we didn't venture out much due to covid-19. Overall, we had a great week at this house!

We’ve stayed in several houses on West Grove and this was the easiest for our family. Great house and Night Cap is the best beach access!

We loved staying at this beach house! Our family has been coming to Seagrove for many years and this house might be our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The house is well equipped and made our stay so comfortable! The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren and provided hours of enjoyment. The location is perfect and the walk to the beach is so easy. Greg was wonderful to work with and responded to every question or concern we had. We definitely plan to return next summer!

Our family of 7 stayed here for 5 nights this July. The house was very clean, updated and well stocked. The best part was the large pool that our kids spent hours per day in. There was lots of outdoor seating where we ate most of our meals. The beach was just a few minute walk away and the house is an easy walk to Seaside. We checked out neighboring areas and all agreed that we were happy with our choice. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location so close to the beach and to Seaside as well as many other restaurants. The pool was a great addition to our stay and we loved reading on the screened porch. Overall it was an excellent stay on the beach.

The beach house was perfect for our needs. While not beachfront, it was less than a five minute walk to the beach. You do cross 30A but there is no issue crossing. I actually preferred this location. It was a 10-15 walk or five minute bike ride to the center of the action at Seagrove Beach with shops, a small market, restaurants, food trucks, etc... This area is very busy day and night so we preferred being a bit away from it but close enough to walk or bike to it which made for a very quiet and relaxing stay at our house without all the noise and foot traffic. The beach was never over crowded. The water was clear and refreshing. The house has a salt water pool and an outdoor shower and plenty of comfy pool seating and a grill. There is a Publix very close by to get all your supplies for grilling. You can even bike to it. Just be sure to ask for a basket on your bike if renting. The Publix is the better option to get food or essentials. The house was plenty of room for us. The living room is very roomy with comfy seating. The kitchen has everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer as well and this was a lifesaver. We packed very little knowing we had a way to do laundry. The master bedroom is roomy with a large tv and en-suite bathroom and a great shower. The master bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. There is a half bath in the living area and upstairs are two large bedroom upstairs each with their own tv’s, double beds and one bedroom has a twin bed in it also. They had a bathroom upstairs as well. My sons were able to relax and have their own space away from me downstairs. The house also has a front screened in porch which was nice for drinking coffee in the morning or wine at night. There is plenty of parking at this house which was unusual compared to some of nearby beach houses. I rented a bike with a basket from Butterfly Bicycles and it was delivered to our house and left locked to a tree on the property for my use upon our arrival. The WiFi worked a bit better than we expected which was great for my son who is in graduate school and needed to do some work. We had no real issues at all with the house. Any small issue or question I had was answered by the property manager within a timely manner. He was great to deal with and for that alone I would rent again. He never made us feel like a bother and did a great job. Overall, this beach house exceeded our needs!
