Pool is really nice and clean.
Showers are clogged. Bathrooms are usable but really bad and you don't get anything equipped besides toilet paper. Beds are super old and uncomfortable. It's quite a walk to the beach, around 800m so it feels expensive for what you're getting.
LOTS of mosquitoes and very bad room ventilation. Only one air conditioner and super far away from all the rooms.

The pool. It was smaller than the photos suggested but it was clean.
Prior to checking in, we had spent a week in a wonderful AirBnB in Premantura. Sadly, they couldn't accommodate us for the last night of our time in the area, this is why we booked Dora Victoria for a night before heading back home. I consider ourselves lucky for only having to spend one night there, otherwise, it would have been the most disappointing holiday ever. The place is not bad but very far from good and even further away from what is being advertised.
* Host doesn’t speak English even though it says on booking.com they do
* Possibly dangerous electrics, kitchen hob can’t be turned on at the same time as the oven. Same advice was given regarding running the air con or the kettle
* Only window from the living room opens to a passage way to other apartments
* sofa bed unsuitable for sleeping (dodgy bed, noisy fridge)
* no air conditioning in bedroom, only window opens to the drive and has no mosquito net on it
* paper thin walls
* Mould around shower tray, visible electric cables in bathroom
* very dirty and worn off dining chairs
* small and faulty television (volume goes up and down uncontrollably)
* Very slow internet during the day, unusable during the evening when the apartments are occupied
* weird smell, bedding smells like vinegar
* very small parking space
* no washing machine, ironing board or iron in the apartment
* The sofa bed photographed and advertised is not the same as the one that we found in the apartment
The surroundings of the pool could be better maintained (broken parasol, stained cushions on outdoor furniture, overgrown garden)
Misleading description on Booking.com: in the apartment, there is no
* dishwasher
* free toiletries (apart from hand soap)
* additional toilet?
* there is no pool view, city view, patio, inner courtyard (nonsense, that they ticked every single one on the website)
* Apartment facilities: detached?!!! not

It didn’t get too hot inside the apartment, it was quite spacious and the pool was very nice.
The wifi was very bad, only one router for all the appartements is not enough. Furthermore it’s very noisy, we could hear our above neighbors all the time. And the facilities are not in the best state anymore.

It was a big appartment with a nice pool.
Communication with Hosts a little difficult (they didn't understand that I wanted to check in at 6pm).
The pool is a little small and I didn't enjoy it when other people / kids were around

Very nice place for spending time with child in Medulin. Swimming-pool is great and very clean. Shop is also near - maybe 4-5 minutes... Nearest beach is little bit far away - 10 minutes, but it also fine.
The kitchen equipment is very poor, especially the cutlery and things for cooking. I would expect more of those in this apartment.
The walls are quite thin, so you can often hear what is going on in other apartments.

Free parking.
- No one was there when we arrived, we had to call.
- Very cold apartment for April, it took several days to heat slightly the flat, and it was still very cold as there is only one air conditioning. No heater in the bedroom, which is also damp (in addition to being very cold).
- Electricity: You can't use the stove and heat at the same time, or the hot water and the heater at the same time: the circuit breaker stops all electricity...and you can't solve it yourself. Every time, you must call the owner, and wait for him to come. So you better be careful in the evening.
- Wifi: you have wifi, but there is no internet connection. You just have the signal from the modem, but no internet as it is not connected.
- Smell of dampness in rooms, towels, bedsheets.
- Bed: very old, you sleep in a hole, my wife and I always met at the middle of the bed pretty fast.

Great location, parkplace for car , nice swimming pool , clean room and nice householders .I arrived really late but they were nice and were waiting for me. 10/10

The pool area was nice, actually the only thing what is like on the pictures.
The apartment smells, the walls are moldy. The bathroom has no window (actually it has a window, to a closed storage room, smelly too) or any other ventilating system, therefore smells really bad and the corners are moldy too.
The couch in the living - kitchen is practically inappropriate to sleep on: it smells mold too, it is highly uncomfortable and it is beside the fridge, which is soo noisy, the first night I had to turn it off, because we couldn't sleep. (the other nights we took the mattress from the top of the couch, took it to the bedroom and my husband slept on the floor on the mattress - smelling the moldy walls, and I with the kids on the bed).
In the description says the apartment has a dishwasher, with private terrace and garden view. Well, there is no dishwasher. When we arrived and I asked about it and also showed him, that on Booking they confirmed the dishwasher, the owner told me that in six years no one asked for it, and if I don't like it, I can leave (after we payed in advance, travelled 7 ours with 2 kids)
The 'private' terrace is common with the neigboring apartment. This neighbor apartment had its entrance from our 'private' terrace!!!!
And about the garden view: there is one terrace door to the so called 'private terrace', with opal glass, so you can't see trough it and you can't leave it open for the night. The other window (window of the bedroom) is to the car entrance (no garden here) and the service area, where the cleaning lady smokes her cigarette non stop, therefore this window cannot left open eighter, because the smoke enters in the room. Couple of mornings we woke up because of the smoke of the cigarette.
The only thing what was ok, is the pool area... I am highly disappointed with this apartment. The biggest problem is, that it isn't what it shows on the photos and the description, therefore you don't know what you have payed for.

Great Villla apartment with an amazing pool and bbc. Everything clean and ready for use.
We felt very comfortable and privileged. Very good and helpful host.

Pool - great for children
On the contrary, they are very kind
No air conditioning in room (only in living room)
Lot of mosquitoes - you cannot open the window during the night and there was really hot! All of us have at least 5 stings on the body.
Very bad matresses, old equipment, electrical appliances cannot be setted on at the same time (eg. Washing machine and dishwasher or A/C). It was recommended to wash during the night, but washing machine is old and very very noisy! Really complicated communication as they do not understand very well.
Chamberwomen were smoking near to the pool (annoying for us and for the children)
15 - 20 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the nearest store.
