Perfect location for a break before crossing the Swiss Alps. Great value stopover. Loads of excellent food in Bad Sackingen, pleasant walking across the old toll bridge.

Excellent stop-over during our bicycle trip along the Eurovelo-6. The hosts were communicative, friendly, and kind; even recommending a lovely walk along a Rhine-side trail and offering a welcome bottle of seltzer water! They also allowed us to use their hose for some bike-cleaning. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the bedding was a delight. The room was clean. The kitchenette held the bare necessities (fridge/plates/forks/pots, but no knives or spoons). The internet was strong and reliable. This was a perfect one-night. Highly recommend (just don't rely too much on cooking anything complex with the kitchenette).

This was a wonderful stay. The kitchenette is a bit bare, for example there were not any knives; but it is advertised as a simple kitchenette, so it don't bother us.

Staff waited for our late arrival. Shower is amazing strong and spacious Coffee machine for tea and espresso available Microwave in the room to heat up ur takeaway food Location in the green with routes for walking. Very close to the borders to drive next day to Switzerland

The place is amazing calm and nice views I like the host was very good guy he take care for every thing he is very hospitable and friendly guy we feel like we are on family visit the hygiene was at 100% very clean rooms and bathroom, I am very satisfied.
