Good location rooms fair 0008 had damage/ leaks / blood stains, d 0324 was ok again tho some fabric stains and missing fobs which impacted my guests a little. But overall not bad thank you

the apartment was not very clean, pubic hair all over the shower.
the apartment was in a poor state, needing a complete overhaul.

shower would not empty, and black bits coming up from the shower.
toilet was disgusting, black in the bowl.

poor internet even when paying for the supposed fast service .
one lift broken for whole time there.

Wifi was not operational for the duration and agency was unable to help. No discount offered.
Beds were miniscule and uncomfortable.

dirty accomodation, some bed sheets had mould on them. carpet dirty. skirting boards very dirty.

Good location easily reached form the drop off area. Its only a 3-4 walk. Staff were really helpful and friendly. They called of the transport company to come and collect us.
The keys were not ready until nearly 6.30pm. There was no where to wait other than outside which was fine as we were all adults but I would not have liked to do that with my children as it was getting quite cold. the bar opposite was closed until 7pm.

location was good with view of the slope. Apartment was warm and clean
there were not enough sheets or pillow cases (1 pillow case for the two of us) no towels and worst of all? No toilet paper. That is taking mean to a new level. The property was advertised as having WiFi and it did at EXTRA cost (not advertised) and even then the extra 39€ was a waste of money as speeds were too slow.

Location was perfect, right next to prodains gondola
It’s tiny and miss sold by the photos of property. Don’t be fooled. This is only big enough for a family of 4 with small children. Advertising to be able to fit 5 adults is totally unrealistic.
