Location fine if you work from home or you are with business. If you want to go to an acceptable beach you will have to drive to Playa Del Ingles or to Las Canteras (the nearest beaches)

Very poor communication with the administrator; promised that the towels and sheets will be changed weekly; nothing was done in this regard.

For us it was the perfect choice, cause we travelled with a 9-months old baby for 2 weeks and we were looking for a big place where the little one can crawl, play and sleep good (usually touristic places are noisy and the walls in Spain are very thin). Besides that, we needed some facilities for her like baby cot, baby chair, microwaves, water heater..etc. The appartment offers everything one needs. The description on the website is really not complete. It has parking space in the garage underneath, all sorts of electronics in the kitchen, iron and iron table, hair dryer,.. It was everything we needed and expected. The apartment block is new and silent. Supermarket is at the end of the street. Take note that the location is not touristic, so don't expect to go out and find all sorts of touristic stuff. It is not like Maspalomas or that area. We stayed there but travelled by car to the touristic places. The location is perfect for that. About 30 minutes to the touristic resorts, beaches etc in south (Maspalomas, Puerto Mogan, Anfi,..) and a bit more (up to 1h) till Las Palmas, Arucas, Teror, Firgas, Agaete. So if you want to go to both, beaches and mountains, the location is great.
