The cost to enter the infinity pool for hotel guests, the inefficient elevators, too many facilities closed during stay, some vouchers didn’t work.

Good location with a very good value. There were a convenient store, a coffee cafe, restaurants inside the building. Walking distance to Odongdo Island, the cable car station, Expo complex and the train station.

There was a poolside live music during the evening hours. This actually would have been a huge plus but we were very tired from traveling and walking around. Thus it became a noise when we slept early.

the bar in the hotel was closed which doesn’t tell you when booking. reception staff weren’t very helpful although language barriers where maybe part of the issue. the hotel restaurant was poor quality and vastly overpriced

Free vouchers for breakfast but only for one given between the two of us each day so the other person pays, why not be upfront and can it a 50% discount voucher. A bit weird. Seem to be setting up as a party hotel, really awful club music afternoon and evening for a drunken pool party, all of 4 people attending. Their lauded mirror bar is a shed on the car park with a disco ball and flashy lights, hardly very classy. It's weird as the vibe is they think they are luxury hotel but the reality is kind of Club 18-30s! Room layout poor use of space with bed pushed closer to a wall.

But price is above 400dollas for this room? It is not make sense, money for value I will not back and recommend how when I pay 400dollas and have to pay extra for swimming pool?? OMG

It takes ages to get the elevator and we were 5min late for the entry time of the breakfast time. And they were not flexible enough. So we could not have the breakfast. Not a proper atmosphere for family trips.

Ocean view with balcony is wonderful! Room is clean, convenient with technology, and comfortable.

Paid swimming pool for guests Garage dumpster was placed in outdoor parking lot, right next to the bar. A shower towel was too old.

It’s fantastic harbor and sea views, huge fridge in the room and very comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff are exceptional and a pleasure to deal with them😊

The shower pressure was a bit weak, The TV channels were limited in terms of Full International Channels

great location. the heated pool was a positive surprise. nice views from room. beds comfortable.

no cutlery in the room. could not even get from reception, despite the room having a kitchenette.

Location is really good, near the local expo area and Yeosu itself. The sea view was perfect.

Room make-up times were random, you’d give them plenty of time to do it, but they would skip your room for no apparent reason, even if you put the make room up sign on and even if you specifically asked for it to be done it still wouldn’t get done.

not enough lift for such a high building. noisy music from the outsoor pool in the building. it ruined the experience and made this hotel cheap.
