Sergio, the landlord, is a really open mind and friendly person.
in the morning he does not prepare a simple breakfast: he brings freshly made croissants and prepares a delicious Italian coffee. If you ask for directions to a beach or a restaurant, you can be sure that he will help you as if you were a close friend!
I would have preferred a shuttle to the beaches but this does not depend on the good Sergio.

Sergio is fantastic! He took me to the airport very early in the morning. He is a very kind and friendly host. He also offered to take my son and daughter to the airport knowing they were leaving at a different time and he had to m inake two trips: one to take me and the other to take my son and daughter. Thank you so much Sergio!!

We spent here the last night of our trip due to close proximity to the airport and the airport transfer included in the price. The room was perfect with AC. We were also provided with a nice breakfast which included pastries, coffee, tea, juices. For the transfer, Sergio was very kind and picked us up at a caffe, as we coulnd't go back to the accommodation due to heavy raining. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Very cozy true Apulian disponilility! The owner gave us a lift both to the airport and back that saved a lot our money and time. A breakfast was very abundant: lots of fantastic Italian brioches and pies with good coffee and fresh juices. The owner is very kind to help with anything you might need

The rooms are located in a building on a large property. You can park your car on the property. You can walk to a pizzeria and bakery very close by!

Sergio is great host. Very friendly and caring, he even drove us to the railway station by his car.
Its bit far from the city center. Overall Mole di Bari is nice but there is no beach and not that many things to see. We would recommend to rent a car or scooter (or take speedtrain as we did) and make trip to the different cities, such as Polignano and Monopoli.

Quiet place, close to city center promenade (by car). Beds are very confortable, even if they are on pallets refurbished. Bathroom very large.
No sign outside the property, we counted totally on gps. Parking space is inside the property, but very narow.
Breakfast can be improved. No english, only italian. Shower place is a little narow, there is a possibility to be extended, bathroom being large enough.

The host is extremely friendly and supportive, he gave us a lot of useful indication about the area and Bari. The house is in a quite area and there is an highly appreciated private parking. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there were around 5 type of fresh juices available. The host prepared the coffee for us even twice.
Our room was a bit small, but there is a bigger one available.

Great comfortable clean room with a/c and a lovely balcony with sea views recently refitted bathroom, only 10 min walk from the town center. Sergio, the host was so kind and helpful we had a great stay, thank you Sergio!

Sergio is really amazing at this. He offered us a ride to the train station, made us coffee, gave us breakfast. He puts his heart in hospitality!
Stay with him if you want to have a calm place with a great view on the sea.

Sergio was very kind, he picked me up from the airport and also drove me back. He was always very helpful and gave me many good tips about what to visit. I can only recommend to stay at his place!

Quite a wide selection of products for breakfast (as for Italians). Room was nice, spacious and clean. Good location, about 15 minutes of walking to train station. Nearly to Bari and some other coastal towns. The owner was really pleasant and helpful
