Staff were very friendly & helpful. Beds were comfortable & room was clean. Felt safe & secure. Good parking.
The hallway was very hot so the room was unbareably hot (in winter). We had to leave the window open which meant we had the street noise & it still wasn’t cool enough.
Didn’t supply soap. Only left 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people, for 5 days. We were able to easily ask for more but it is embarrassing & sometimes inconvenient. The room wasn’t as big or stylish as the website photos.

No daily cleaning for the entire stay. Bathroom filthy and moldy . No towel change. No floor and elevator cleaning. No garbage pick up. Facility is filthy and improper. No match for the price.

we were there for 6 nights , and they didnt clean the room , when we took the room it was dirty and i found something from last person in bathroom !

room included a kitchenette with microwave oven. vending machines in lobby was convenient. located near train station. very friendly and helpful staff. stowed our luggage after check out an extra five hours to allow us to sightsee.
bathroom door had a bit of damage. interior hallways were old and dingy.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but not equipped. The location was ok, it’s accessible to train station, and we felt safe.
However, the room was not clean, there was hair in the shower, the fixed hand soap dispenser was broken and the floor throughout the apartment was dirty. When we went down to get hand soap, reception said that housekeepers were out, and that we could pick it up the next day in the afternoon. Nope, they didn’t get any soap for us. Furthermore, the smart TV was not connecting to the wi-fi, and reception couldn’t help us. This was the also a deal-breaker for us because we like to watch Netflix to wind down after dinner during vacation.

The area is very nice, public transport very close to the location to any point of Paris. The property is clean, water with pressure and very hot quickly, friendly staff

It was not easy to find the hotel (search for 38 instead of 36 in Google maps)

The room was spacious, clean and sound proof.
Even though the fridge was too noisy, I must say that the kitchenette was fully furnished.

Metro 3 & RER C are not that close
I insist about the infernal sound coming out of the fridge because I couldn’t identify it at last and signal it to the reception who said they’re gonna fix it.

I liked the view and that everything was so close to the Hotel.:)
I didn’t liked that in the room we didn’t have airconditioner.

The moment we stepped in the room, we noticed that the sink drain was stuck. We complained but nobody fixed it. The water heater in the shower was not working well. The lady in the office waa not very accomidating. They mentioned they would charge if you change the towels.

There was no safe in the room, although supposed to be, one toilet paper for 5 days, if we want extra towel is 7 euro
