This property was perfect for our long weekend in Annapolis. We were able to check in a little early which worked out especially well because it was pouring rain… we were able to arrive ahead of weekend traffic, check in, drop off the dog & our bags, and dash next door to The Boatyard for happy hour & awesome crab cakes to start our weekend. Beds and furniture were comfy. House is well equipped with features and amenities to make it an enjoyable place to spend time. House rules and check-in/check-out processes are clear and simple to comply with. And the location is fantastic for access to the waterfront, strolling to City Center, enjoying local restaurants. The driveway parking for 2+ cars made it easy to come & go during busy times without the hassle or cost of finding parking. We enjoyed this home and Eastport. Just wish our schedules would have allowed us to stay a few more days. Next time, we’ll clear our calendars to stay longer! Thank you, Marie, for the gracious hospitality.

Great location but it is a main restaurant row so was noisy early morning. Place was decorated nicely and had plenty of towels and toiletries. Could use some updating in backyard. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay. Very comfortable quaint house. We were a little concerned at first about the restaurant next door but it turned out to be a huge bonus. We did not hear any noise even at night, except your typical road noise which you have everywhere downtown Annapolis. Annapolis is a Foodie town and we can honestly say the restaurant next door had the best Food, Crab cakes were phenomenal! It’s a short walk over the Eastport bridge to downtown Annapolis or simply cross the street and catch the water taxi. We will definitely stay again!

Spent a week here during sailing school nearby. Great location and everything you need for a pleasant stay in the heart of Eastport. Many restaurants nearby and tons of places to venture to on foot. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Eastport while visiting our son at the Naval Academy. The house was clean, comfortable and pretty! We were within walking distance of of DTA and Easport itself had many wonderful food options as well. Having a driveway was an extra bonus. The manager was wonderful-answering questions and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great house in Eastport. Exactly as pictured. We were able to walk everywhere. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A great house with offstreet parking, good location since our boat was at the Annapolis City Marina right across the street, next door to Dockside Bar & Grill, just aroind the corner from both Eastport and Annapolis Yacht Clubs.

House was exactly as described, super convenient to downtown, on-site parking, comfortable and well taken care of. Next door to wonderful restaurant, and still in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back to this property and thankful to the owners for renting their place!!

The house is nicely decorated and was sparkling clean upon our arrival. The location is within walking distance of many good restaurants and historic Annapolis. Having parking is a big plus.

Loved the location of this home. I parked my car and never had to use it during our stay. The home was lovely and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely make a return trip!

This house channels the colors, style, and spirit of the Chesapeake Bay to create a happy place to feel at home. Multiple restaurants and Spa Creek are outside your door. The beds are incredibly comfortable too.

We loved the house and hope we can visit again! So beautiful and terrifically convenient to downtown Annapolis and also to visiting our daughters. Boatyard restaurant is great to have next door! House was very attractively decorated, comfortable and fitted out with everything you need. Plenty of room for the four of us. Marie was terrifically helpful. We are very happy with our stay.

Other reviews have already noted how great this property is, but I will mention two things in particular: first, having private off-street parking for two cars is amazing in this neighborhood and city generally. Second, we were never bothered by noise from the great and fun restaurant next door (which you basically have to visit anyway and which does awesome takeout too), but it's important to note that the tent they had outside for COVID is now gone so the potential noise from people eating outside is no longer an issue.

My friends and I had a great time at this house. We were there for a long weekend and it was in a great location. You could easily walk over the bridge to Annapolis which was such a fun town to explore. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The host was very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely come back here again!!

We loved this home's location right in central Eastport where we could walk to so many restaurants, coffee shops and a great brewery right around the corner. We know at least one traveler didn't like being right next to Boatyard Bar & Grill but we loved it and ending up eating there twice! We really didn't hear noise at all, even on the weekend. The home was comfortably furnished, and the beds were great. The wifi was a little slow, especially since one of us had to work from there one day, but we managed with it. We did love having our own parking so we didn't have to worry about finding street parking, especially on the weekend. And really enjoyed having our morning coffee in the private back patio.

only issue was the noise Saturday evening from the Boatyard. Probably should mention that it is adjacent to a very popular neighborhood restaurant.

The house was very comfortable. We found everything we needed in the home. The location was perfect! An easy walk to downtown Annapolis and right next door to Boatyard Bar and Grill. We will be passing the word to others that visit Annapolis to definintly look at renting this property.

We visited our son who just completed his Plebe year at USNA. The location was perfect! An easy walk to the Yard and various restaurants. We enjoyed cooking at the house and eating in the beautiful little backyard. Was nice that there were several spices and some olive oil at the house, plus the great Viking range and the BBQ grill. The house is very beautiful and close to the water and the center of Annapolis. Our only complaint was noise coming from the restaurant/ bar next door. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and you will love the place.

The place was great. I learned from another review that it was next to The Boatyard Restaurant which meant some noise during dining hours. While some might view this as a negative, we thought it was great. The Boatyard has GREAT food and directly out the front door - we ate there 6 times in 5 days. I would stay here again. J
