It was nice to be able to get the key from the key-safes outside of the hotel at the late hour I arrived. There was sufficient street parking options left opposite the hotel. Breakfast buffet is not the largest but all is fresh and I liked the good coffee from the machines.

There is no real lobby or common area to relax and talk to friends or colleagues. If you drive electric and need to charge overnight, there is not a lot of (functioning) options around. It took me a 10min drive and a fast charge at a local DIY store as the street options were either out of order or not available due to road constructions.

Elevator didn’t work for 2 days

The stuff was very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

We needed to be in Krefeld for medical reasons. The staff in the hotel were very kind and helpful. It was only 3km from the hospital. Beds are comfortable and although the rooms could do with some upgrading, it was comfi and warm.

The noise of potential traffic if you sleep not to well. I didn't care about it but you might if you cannot stand the noise.

Outdated Old hotel from outside but very well maintained inside. Big comfy rooms in 2nd floor with big bathrooms. Very clean rooms. Nice breakfast terase.The Lady boss was always ready to assist and help.

Maybe just a sound from tram. But not to disturbing.

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs and bread rolls. I even got decaf coffee as I could not drink the normal coffee. The breakfast room was light , airy and using a nice coulour scheme of dark pink and olive green colours. Nice breakfast. There was parking outside the hotel which was great. Hotel located close to Sollbrueggenpark which is a lovely park to walk in and close to Krefelder Zoo which is worth a visit.

Rooms were a little bit old fashioned but that did not worry me really.
