Ein sehr freundlicher Mann empfing uns an der Rezeption. Da wir mit den Fahrrädern anreisten und es den ganzen Tag geregnet hat' schaltete er extra für uns noch die Sauna ein !! Für die nassen Sachen gab es extra einen Trockner !!
Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage parken.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen !!

الغرفة صغيرة جدا بالكاد تكفي شخص واحد والسرير ايضا غير كافي ابدا .. هناك صعوبة في الحركة في الغرفة ضيقه، لا تستحق المبلغ المذكور.. اعطيها 200 ريال على الاقل..
الافطار ايضاً عادي وبسيط جدا

الاستقبال والمعامله جداً ممتازه والمكان مريح لكن الغرفه صغيره جداً والمكان ضيق ضيق مستغلين كل شبر وحاطينه غرفه يعني الغرف صغيره والافطار جداً ممتاز

Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu, apartament z pięknym widokiem na tarasie wanna z gorącą wodą, apartament sprzątany codziennie, pyszne śniadania na gorąco i zimno, możliwość kupienia karnetów zjazdowych w recepcji. Po południu darmowa kawa z ciastem. Sauna po całym dniu zjazdów jest idealna regeneracja. Z hotelu darmowy transport na stok narciarski. Wszystko idealne polecam ten hotel 🙂

It's one of our favorite hotels. In fact it's the second hotel in our lives where we returned. The rooms are big, comfy, welcoming. Everything is very well organized and clean. The breakfast is very good.
The fact that we didn't have more days to stay there. 😉

The staff are super kind and the place is very well organized and provides everything you need.

Location is excellent
It’s very hot as no AC was available and windows can’t be opened long time as there is no insect repellents net which prevents insects from coming in.

Beautiful modern hotel, with a perfect view and very nice and helpful staff.
Our standard room had a bathroom separated only by glass door that couldn't be fully closed, and there was heavy pipe smell after every use of toilet or sink.

Everything was very nice. The stuff very helpful, they gave us summer cards for free (we didnt even expect that) - and trust me-this summer card is kind of golden in that area, so we really appreciate that.
The breakfast was great, they prepare fresh eggs as you wish.

Its not exactly about the property, but what significantly influenced our stay was the huge amount of Arabic people around.. I have nothing against them, but they were everywhere.
It was almost rare to see an European. They are quite noisy and following their culture.

Location is perfect, clean room !! Good and amazing view. It has shataf in the bathroom. Kitchen is nice and well prepared
Price is too expensive.The room and bathroom too small I was not able to put and open my suitcase. The view from the room window not good because of plants need cut and mowing also, there is a lot of insects when I tried to open the window for airflow.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the location. The kitchenware was clean. I didn't need to buy more kitchenware. I liked the private Sauna and private outdoor Jacuzzi. Clean towels and bathrooms. The beds were clean and comfortable.
Poor cleaning under the beds. When I checked-in, I found used underwear under a bed. The kitchen is not part of their daily housekeeping. No Air conditioning but they gave us small fans to cool the rooms which was noisy but reduced the heat.
