the location of this property In beautiful Nettuno is just perfect. You are in the heart of the town. The apartment is on the first floor which makes it easy to access if you have many bags. The apartment is spacious and bright and so clean. I love how fully equipped the kitchen was for everything. My favourite has to be the balcony and the view it offers. You can sip your morning coffee and watch the town wake up. You are nearby to some divine restaurants, bars and cafés and there is a supermarket two minutes walk away. The train station is about a five minute walk if you are planning a trip to Roma and everything is just so accessible. The beach for walking and swimming is close by and the American Cemetery is a worthwhile visit too. The people of Nettuno are so welcoming and friendly and I just love visiting here. You can really sense their pride of their town. I cannot wait to return and I will definitely be staying at Miramare again.

This place is right in the city center. Close to everything. I picked it due to being near the marina, but it was above and beyond my expectations. I think the description of the apartment is low key. The apartment is large! In addition to a large bedroom and a smaller bedroom, there is a huge living room, and a balcony full of sun, with a table and old but sturdy wooden chairs, perfect for having a pizza from next door Papa Pizza. The bathroom is large as well, with both a shower and a tub. Oh, and the apartment is all wooden floor, which I liked a lot. On top of all, the owners are great, with great communication skills, and excellent restaurant recommendations. Since I intend to be in Netunno again, I plan to stay there again as well. Definitely a great experience. I am so glad picked this apartment over a standard hotel room.

We used the living room TV, mostly for youtube. The screen could be bigger. The heating was on. It was too hot for me with a heavy blanket, but there was a duvet cover that I used instead. So a light blanket or an extra sheet?

Fabulous apartment. Great location, near excellent restaurants, about 7 mins walk to the beach, 1 minute to supermarket, 5 mins to the train station. Sitting on the balcony was delightful. Nettuno is a fantastic place for a short stay.
